These guys were amazing!! We looked and looked for a company to come out and clean our vents and finally found this company. They were so nice and explained everything to us. They showed us all the pics and let us look in the vents. Our home is old and we just moved in and it needed the vents cleaned badly. What a fantastic job was done. The before and after pictures are jaw dropping!! They never tried scamming us into buying anything extra, they just let us know of other services they offered. I would recommend them 100%!! I had a scheduled a duct cleaning and spoke to the actual owner. I was told $179 plus 15$ for any additional vents.179 only covers 10. He said based off my house size I’d be around 210, okay cool let’s do it. They get here and tell me 475… terrible experience. Not honest.

We bought a condo and after moving in our dryer and cloths smelt so bad, I thought a bird died in the dryer vent, I called in the morning and explained my problem and Duct Hero’s fit me into the schedule for the same day service!! My dryer wasnt working properly due to the vent being obstructed. I called a couple of other companies that wouldnt do the job because of the vents location (on the roof of a two-story). The 2 young men who came out from duct heroes were courteous and professional and did the job quickly. They removed an enormous birds nest from the roof and saved the day! I highly recommend them

This was my first time of having the ducts and vents cleaned in my house, and my home is over 20+ years old. I did not know of this type of service until my sister’s recommendation and was very pleased with the service I received. The before and after scenes were AMAZING, just thinking that we breathe that in daily, no matter if you use your heat or air. I thought by vacuuming the outer side of the vents, I was making a difference in my household, but it goes much deeper. I will continue with this routine cleaning and sanitation! We were very happy with our Duct Heroes experience. They came out and cleaned all the vents (about 27 of them + the dryer vent - which had a little animal nest!!) within about 2.5 hours. They were very friendly and provided before (the vents had never been cleaned before!) and after pictures - such an improvement!

Duct heroes did a wonderful job cleaning my dryer vent. They even used their equipment to clean all of the leaves and pollens backing up my gutters. I was impressed with their professionalism, quality of their work and honesty. They were friendly and took their time to complete both jobs, even though the gutters were a service they added on the spot at my request. I like that they showed me before and after pictures. Their prices were reasonable too. I will recommend them to family and friends!

They were extremely punctual (almost 20 minutes early) but understanding in that I had to move the family pets to a central location before work was started. Great communication on how the cleanup would be performed and what order it would be done to have least impact for when we need to move the pets to a new location so that the last room can be serviced. They would share before and after photos at different stages to show progress. There was a slight upscale like most business but it wasnt at an insane price. We decided to also have the dryer vent cleaned and afterwards clothes dries faster. Even with the add hoc add own the overall price was still half the cost of bigger companies like four seasons heating and cooling with the dryer vent cleaning included. I can feel the difference with the heat and find my family sneezing a lot less. I would definitely do business with them again.
