Im fairly easy going but when it comes to safety issues there is no excuse. Reserved a mid size once at the location they said that all they had was a compact. It was in the rental agreement that we were driving to Minneapolis the tires were bald the cars had not been cleaned and the wiper fluid was frozen. All this after the two days of straight snow. The response was this is all we have then showed these to the turn in location as well as ten other photos. Their response was well here have a free upgrade on your next rental. I wont be using it or renting from this chain again

Enterprise is very accommodating and so helpful. They go out of their way to make the experience a positive one. They try to get exactly the car you want and the cars are so clean! Everything is done in a timely manner and no waiting.

I unfortunately did not have a good experience with Enterprise. My insurance set it up and I could not get a car here in hibbing so I had to get a co worker to drive me 100 miles to dulth! Then wouldnt accept cash, would y accept my pre paid visa v gave me guff over picking car up as I was only able to keep it 5 days and still had no car! Not everyone has a major credit card!! Made my experience of a car accident more stressfull

The lady who took care of us was excellent. Great service. Prices very good.

Very poor, cars were listed on their website, when I called, I was told none were available. No other offers or options were given.

Been here for 30 minutes and still no one behind the counter to help me... Even with a reservation.

Wouldnt take cash for a deposit, and never could rent the car!

They do what they can to make up for any errors and inconveniences that may occur when renting.
