We went to get my grandma a new phone, they were very busy and very under staffed but Teigan was AMAZING! She explained everything great and was very efficient despite the being the only one working. We were very happy with our service, she deserves a raise!!

It was time to get a new IPhone. So on a whim I decided to check out the ATT store here in Hibbing, MN. I have been with ATTfor over 25 years. There have been times when I considered changing companies. But these guys made staying put so easy! Not only did they take my old cracked phone as a trade, they were so very helpful setting me up with a new IPhone 11! Even more helpful when I brought my old Apple Watch in to sync. Justin and Colin are true professionals. I can see they enjoy their jobs and are great assets to ATT. Job well done gentlemen, job well done!

Went there on 12 September 2020 re problem with charger. I told agent I had insurance but he said I didnt. I called AT&T main number they confirmed insurance.All local store agent wanted to do was sell something ...no interest in correcting charger issue

I’ve worked with two specific individuals with a nightmare of a situation with a stolen IPad. An IPad that is stolen is like an arsenal of personal information in the hands of a criminal. It’s personal and it’s dangerous. Financial information and passwords. Thankfully the device was locked.Kris and Colin helped get things organized in protecting my data without turning off location options. They were far more helpful than the att 800 number. I don’t know what others think but att does a disservice to their store employees if they think it’s all about sales. Local stores are about service which makes one feel good about the company. The individuals in your stores are your representatives and voice that cares about your customers.Att, please trust and honor your in store employees. They are far more than sales persons.Kris and Colin, kudos to you both! Thank you for your kindness and your expertise in a stressful circumstance

Slightly better than the Mt Iron store, at least there Hibbing employees make an effort to assist you. Even when they dont know anything about what your asking

I walked in and my wife and I got helped immediately. The employee told us about all the deals and promotions, then let us roam around without hovering over us. She made us feel comfortable and not rushed. We decided to stick with the Samsung deal and got the new s7 edge. I cant remember her name but, she was short with long brown hair. She was insainly helpful and knowledgeable. The only thing that was wrong with the place was that they need more staff, they are only human, and when you get hit with 16 people wanting new phones. You are going to need a lot of people. It is not the staffs fault, they just need more people.

Good phone deals and good customer assistance. The employees either meet you right at the door or if they are busy will yell to you that they will be with you shortly.

This store wont give you the time of day to help with anything unless its to make a sale. And half the time they dont even know anything about their own products.

Poor customer service long waits. Beware of upselling and hidden fees. Ive gotten many phones here and had many problems with the phones and service dropped calls and glitchy phones make for a stressfull visit. They often refuse to do anything to fix the phones when they have problems very poor business. Unfortunately they are one of the few working cellular carriers in northern minnesota
