My grandma had them move her piano, and by that I mean my uncles moved the piano while their people were kinda sorta helping. Once the price was agreed upon, they went back on it and lied about costs on their end to try and raise the amount. My grandma also had to pay by the hour for them to drive from Floodwood to Virginia to pick up a mover... who didnt ride with the rest of them for some reason. They were hilariously unprofessional and knew so little about their job that my uncle was telling them how to do most of it. During the process, they had to dismantle the piano somewhat, and then they put it back together wrong.Genuinely I dont know how they could have done much more wrongly.
I act as the Executive Director of the Mesabi Symphony Orchestra out of Virginia, MN. We contracted Anderson Piano Service at the very last minute for our Christmas concert. Kris was quick to save our hides for the show, moving things around in her schedule, and accommodating us. She was prompt to arrive, and provided professional service at a competitive rate. She also offered to come back and make sure the piano was still in tune after our dress rehearsal, at no extra fee. This kind of friendly and caring service is so rare, and MSO would recommend Anderson to anyone in the region looking for a piano tuner.
