Jim is the absolute BEST appliance repairman out there!! Very honest and gets the job done correctly the 1st time!! We’ve used him for different appliances and have recommended him to numerous other people!! They’ve all been extremely satisfied with his prompt, courteous expertise!! Be very careful with this guy. He is only about money. Quality is severely lacking! The only positive review on this site is written by the performing tech/owner. One star is generous.

Jim scammed my wife & I. Diagnosed our oven with a bad igniter, waited a week to get the part, installed it, only to realize it was the wrong part. He ordered the right one and its been another 1 1/2 weeks, and he wont answer his phone or return any calls. He got my wife to pay $169 up front and took off! I just completed the repair myself, and the workmanship was appalling on his repair. The old igniter was mounted upside down, barely attached with screws, and he cut wiring that had no need to be cut! Ive never repaired an appliance, but got the part overnight, and had it repaired in 30 min. Ridiculous. Do not use Appliance Specialists - others in the area have had similar experiences.

Got Scammed, Jim came and diagnosed the problem. We paid for the part, a few weeks later he stops answering his phone. We not only had to wait 4 weeks (for another service company) to come and fix the issue, but we were scammed out of the money we paid for the part. We were left with no part, no refund, and no fixed stove by Jim.
