Called ahead several times to let them know i was coming and asked if the wait was long or if i could make some type of appointment, i arrive and the technician working the alignment section said that it was a 3 hour wait and on top of that they dont don full alignments only toe adjustment, i mentioned that i would come back in 2 hours because i have to get other things done before my trip and he replies with a attitude that if i leave he wont save my place
