Yesterday had the makings of a terrible day. My car was stuck in the floods from Tropical Storm Eta. While my car did not stall out, it was stranded on a gravel median. The attendant was amazing. He not only dug my car out from the gravel to ensure that there would be no damage, he safely returned my vehicle home. He could tell that I was extremely stressed and greatly put me at ease.

*Edit*-They reached out and paid for the work I had done to fix the damage done by the tow.*Original Post: Towed my car which was having electrical issues to the shop. Guy was quick getting on-site and I would say rather aggressive as he picked it up, turned it around so grab it from the front. Anyway, seemed to be all good until he dropped the car off. It was immediately apparent that the tow arms or whatever they are called had punctured something under the car. Pink oil all over the place (see photos taken literally minutes after he left). The driver left in a hurry and wouldnt answer my calls (vm not set up). Called the number listed here, NA and vm is full. I made a claim to my insurance who funny enough is who sent this company to tow my car.

At moments like these you really appreciate the timely manner in which your urgency is handled. Thank you

First time ever needing a tow and this company delivered with a pleasant attitude and quick service. I was already having a stressful day just knowing that I needed to deal with my car being fixed. Alex was professional and funny and had me laughing all the way to the dealership. Definitely a stress free experience. I don’t understand the bad reviews for this company and hope you consider them if ever you’re in a bind and need a quick tow.

Unprofessional and rude. The manager/owners attitude was disgusting. I wasnt even calling to complain, only to ask a question. I will never work with them again.

Horrible drivers. I was waiting at the light with a long line behind us and the driver decided to skip everyone and drive in the middle of the road for almost 3 miles. Should get better drivers.

Terrible company you could tell they from Hialeah no english. Cant even follow instructions in Spanish smh

My road side assistance send them and they spend 2 hours to get there, When they arrived in a flat bed they wanted to charge me money because they said I was not covered, and then he said if didnt pay they will took the car to the yard. Annoying person and very rude, doesnt know how to treat people. Crooks, dont call them plz.

No good! do not recommend these scam artists, they will leave you waiting for hours and then they hike up the prices, never again! wasted my time!
