Dream pool!! Aquarius Building gave us our dream pool.Amazing, all around!!

Great experience! Our new pool is beautiful, well constructed, and modern. the ower, and his staff were very professional, polite, and accommodating to our needs. The pool was constructed on time and it matched what we expected on every detail. The quality of the materials was topnotch. The attention to detail was always present. All the crews that worked on the project really knew what they were doing. The price was very competitive and we chose them after careful review of their website, their proposal, the opinion of other customers, etc. Out of 8 companies, we looked at they were by far the most balanced. Would recommend and would use again if needed. Great job!

I never have time to post any reviews online due to my busy work schedule, but for Aquarius Building, I felt the responsibility to write a well-deserved review. When I started searching for pool companies throughout Dade and Broward Counties, I contacted several companies and only received estimates from about 6 companies. As I started to deal with the different sales reps, I narrowed down my options to Aquarius building. I have heard so many horror stories about pool companies in Miami that I didn’t want to take a chance. Our Sale Rep Ana gave us the confidence we needed to sign the contact and move forward with Aquarius.I am the type of person that do not have the time and energy to be calling any company to find out when they are coming back to finish the job. With Aquarius, I never had to make a single phone call to them; they were the ones always calling me. The moment they start the excavation process, get ready because this company is so organized that it is a non-stop process to get the job done. In my case, from the day they started digging to finish, the whole process took about 3 months. The company works so great in part due to its amazing employees.Our Designer Ana. This lady is not only professional and honest, but also has a ton of patience meeting with you as many times as you like – which was our case – to go over options, designs, budget – always with such a great attitude. I would recommend this lady to any friends and family. I am sure there are other great Sales person but I can only speak for the one I dealt with - Ana. She is not the type of Sales Rep that once construction starts, she asks you to deal directly with the project manager; if you have any questions, she actually picks up the phone and gets the answers you need – she is with you throughout the whole process. Aside from Ana, I also need to recognize Felix and Israel. Once the constructions of our pool started, Felix was my point of contact. He is also very professional and called me either every Friday or Saturday to provide me with an update as to what was scheduled to be done the following week, which was great!After getting different estimates from different companies, as mentioned before, I can tell you that Aquarius is not the cheapest nor the most expensive company, but you will be extremely happy you chose them to do your pool and to get the job done as expected and in a timely manner.If I ever move and decide to build another pool, I will definitely reach out to AQUARIUS BUILDING again without hesitation.

Let me start by saying, Aquarius Team our angels sent byGod! We started a pool in January 2020 before covid.Pool construction on time, until covid came along. We had a sign contractwith Aquarius Building, my wife and I last our jobs. Aquarius Building, could have stopped the construction and foreclose my house. Instead they finished our pool. Eleven families, were going threw the same situation with them. Eleven happy families that Aquarius Building did not sue them norstopped the construction. Eleven families that was able to enjoy there pool threw covid nightmare. Aquarius Building, is a honest family business.Happy to admit that they were the only ones, that helped us. No bank,lawyers not even the city. Aquarius Building, did what no-one else would do.Aquarius building, did not closed their doors they are operating , bigger than before. I represented a property owner in which Aquarius did not finish their pool and breached the contract. The company and owners Felix and Ana filed for bankruptcy. Do not hire them. Do not hire this company!! The construction time was supposed to be 3 months and it ended up taking an entire year. On top of that, they tried to charge an extra fee and ended up not finishing the job, which led us to hire another company. Overall horrible work ethic and service, I recommend people look elsewhere.

Aquarius building will not build your pool and instead steal your money. Do not sign any contract with this company. All the five star reviews are written by them. They have eight open lawsuits against them and just filed for bankruptcy.

You wrote bad checks in behalf of Stormy Wellington for some bricks that were delivered to her house. The company has put a lien on her house. You are going to jail for fraud. Writing bad checks is a crime . More so a felony!! All the positive reviews are from the company. This company is a sham and a fraud. Do not give these people number.

Aquarius Building is a scam company. As a business owner/interior designer, I have never dealt with a company so incompetent as Aquarius Building. From the phishing style contract, clueless project management, sub-par subcontractors and so on they lie in every step of the process and scam at every opportunity. Permits took more than 8 months to get an approval because they failed so many times we can’t even count. Looking back now we know this was just another trick of them in buying time since they never had an intention to finish the work. Our pool has been paid in full and we also had put a deposit of the driveway which was never done. This equals to over 15K of our money they currently have and the pool is far from being completed. We will have to spend another 23K not only to finish it but also to repair all the terrible work Aquarius Building has done. Most likely we will never see our money back since they currently have six open lawsuits against them from vendors which they have not paid, clients that were scammed, among others. The city of Palmetto Bay is aware of their shady business and will deny every permit coming from this company in the future. The owner marks all bad reviews as “Google Scam” or Stormy Wellington follower but never takes accountability for anything! Has more excuses than a criminal going to jail! All of the BBB complaints say the same things, years to finish projects, stolen money and the responses are always followed with excuses instead of actions! If stormy canceled the checks, post the canceled checks! That’s easy to prove! Stormy also said that personal charges to her AMEX were made including the owner paying her attorney fees with it! If that’s true criminal charges should be filed! Is this company worth the risk of $100’s of thousands of dollars?

Im writing this review not because i know Aquarius Building, like all my partners in Stormys net work. What is going on its just not right.Stormy did hired Aquarius Building to remodel her entire house.Contract was sign in February 2019 and Aquarius Building, moved Stormy and her family to a rental house. Yes, Aquarius Building moved them, her own family would not even help the coach. ( I have pictures). Coach is mad, she wanted her house for Christmas, but with all the work Aquarius perform and all the changes that were done, no-one can finish. Im not taking any ones side, writing bad reviews and destroying a working family is just not correct. Did you know, this is slander and everyone involved is responsible for their actions. Coach, did pay 350 thousand but coach before firing them. disputed over 200 thousand after work complete to her American express, thats not right. And what shes doing is just not right. She tells us in all our meeting, she helps people to grow along with her. We are the dumb ones, that follow what she said..We are all destroying a honest hard working family. Do not sign any contract with this company. You will have to deal with third parties such as paver companies who ana will purchase material from, write checks and then put a stop payment on the check, as the home owner you will have to deal with all liens and difficulties. They are professional con artists be very carefully. Just read the reviews not the 5 star reviews which is their own people writing. READ THE REAL PEOPLE’s stories.

I did my pool with them last year and it took them about 1 month since they broke ground to finish. however, the whole pool took about 5 months due to Miami Dade County Building Dept delay in approving the plans. I honestly tell you that Aquarius Building staff is very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I highly recommend them and believe me that here is Miami Florida you have to be careful who you hire to build your pool. My whole family is pleased with Aquarius Building.

Took Stormy Wellington money over 350k and it’s been almost a year and still not done? No progress? Sad.... how you did 350k in renovation when the job is still not done? You could have bought a new home for that price. And if you do pools, why in the world would you try and renovate a home? I honestly tell you that Custom pools staff is very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I highly recommend them and believe me that here is Miami Florida you have to be careful who you hire to build your pool.

Please ignore that star, in order to post i had to choose one. If there was a negative star rating I would rate this company a -4 stars. This has truly been the worse experience my family had to deal with in the 8 yrs that we been living in our home. I highly recommend you look the other way in building or remodeling your pool with this company. Since 2015 and up to now we been living in a war zone. We tried from the beginning to get our money back when we sensed they were unprofessional. We gave them a 30% deposit because they sold us a dream backyard and what we got from them was a living nightmare. During this process my wife was pregnant and almost caused complications with her health. This situation created marital problems and to top it off we lost thousands of dollars. Till this day they still havent completed the pool nor have they at least delivered our material which they have been saying was purchased with the 30% deposit. We have a year of notes in what this company had gone through. This company will go under but be aware of their other company which the contractor that has the license is operating under Amazing Pools. There names is Ana and Felix Mesa. They truly define what contractor scum is all about. Make sure you do your research and do not agree on a 30% and make sure they accept credit cards. We had to learn everything the hard way!!!

Signed a contract in August 2017, completed September 2018 after numerous mistakes and repairs. I take pride in payment within 24 hours for contractors who work for me as I too am a contractor. The list of deplorable workmanship, negligent mistakes is too long for this post. Wouldn’t recommend Aquarius to my worst enemy.

After scheduling 2 different appointment times for an estimate on building a new pool I have yet to meet anyone from this company. However after 3 very frustrating conversations with Sarah and Ana ( an owner). I wouldnt hire this company if they were the only one in south Florida. Unprofessional and very RUDE. Beware

If I am reporting to the correct company, AQUARIUS BUILDING INC. ANA GARCIA, FELIX MESA and ISRAEL GARCIA ARE SOME PROFESSIONAL SCAMMERS !!! They have been preparing for almost 12 months to go bankrupt and not pay the amount of lawsuits they have in court. They even put their house in a Living Trust in the name of Garcia Dreams, LLC so as not to lose it. They opened another corporation called MG Custom Builders, Inc and continue to prey on innocent people. WATCH OUT !!!!!WARNING, DO NOT SIGN THE AGREEMENT WITH AQUARIUS BUILDING INC. BEFORE YOU READ IT THOROUGHLY OR CONSULT IT WITH A CONTRACT LAWYER, (THEY WILL CHARGE YOU BETWEEN 100.00 - 300.00 MAX) BUT I GUARANTEE THAT IT WILL BE THE BEST INVESTMENT IN YOUR PROJECT. They do not put a completion date on the projects, plus it is written only for the benefit of the contractor. Ana, as an expert salesperson, will put you in a position of trust that you will be unable to question, let alone read it and there you will fall into his trap; But dont believe a single word. They will take your money and it will take months, years and in the end they will put a lien on your property, either by the suppliers where they buy the materials because they do not pay them or because they give bad checks and / or by them when they are get tired of fighting them, claiming them ... and from them you will hear only excuses and false promises to buy time or take more $$$. But if I dont read in the contract they have a part of the contract that says that if you decide to cancel they will charge you the #% cancellation, that is why Ana gives a SUPER PRICE. Look at the websites that are public records, the court, the DBPR, the BBB ... and check for yourself all the claims you have and the complaints. In addition to recently failed bankruptcy Cap. 11 and 13. You can also go to the different cities and search under the contractor Aquarius Building Inc., you will see the complains and that they have jobs open for years that have even had to renew the permits because they expired; Not counting the number of times inspections are denied because many of the outsourced dont know what they are doing. Remember that you have to look for cheap labor, since that is why they give such a cheap price. YOU GOT FOR WHAT YOU PAID !!!! Aquarius turned my friends dream project into their most horrible nightmare. Research everything very well before hiring them, they are not to be trusted. Liers stay away from them, dont loose your time and money. They lied to me and left my yard unarmed for more than a year, bad treatment and the children without their pool and I without my savings, dont trust them, they are manipulative and they dont finish anything.
