This guy is super closed minded. Just called to as for a rate. He didnt know the court house is allowing process servers in. He simply refused the work because he didnt know. Instead of checking the information out and appreciating the new information, he rejected the work. This guy is out of touch with court practices, stubborn and closed minded. He refused to contact the court house and simply rejected the work.

This company is horrible. They are over priced and do not care for their clients. Very bad and poor customer service. Owners are rude, uneducated and unprofessional!
