They are doing a great thing for the community

I can honestly say in my 26 years of commercial real estate, I have NEVER had service from ANY vendor this bad. The service and response time is pitiful. We have had our two elevators down now for nearly TWO MONTHS with no real explanation why. Look elsewhere for your service needs!

Service is horrible!! After two years of contract we are done. No good service, no commitment, no follow up. They just want the contract and thats it. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

Ever since Otis took over our service contract last year we have had very bad service. On a regular basis, no one ever shows up on the first day when reporting an elevator out of service. On the second day you report the elevator out of service you have a better chance of someone showing up, but most of the time the service technician will leave with the elevator still out of service. When they depart with the elevator out of service they never report why it is out of service or if they will return to put it back in service. Twice in the last quarter we have been left with both elevators out of service for an extended time. I have been trying to contact our account manager Carlos Vassalo since Nov. 10th. he has never responded back to us.

Unresponsive, horrible and slow service. They lock you in long contracts and once its signed they make you wait forever to get serviced.
