Great Tag Agency. If you need to transfer a car or renew your tag, this tag agency is the one to go to. Personnel is friendly and are very helpful unlike many other tag agencies. The wait time is also less than in other places.

Best place you can go for service, you can feel the different atmosphere in the place, while I waited for my turn I personally saw how each one of the person behind the counter worked the way around to help the persons in front of me in their best way and with love, not turning anybody away. I personally had the best experience for the first time in a Tag Agency. Definitely will recommend and will visit from now on.

My review is based in their telephone customer service, or lack there of. I spent 45 minutes calling their Hialeah office and I kept getting hung up on. I can clearly hear them picking up the phone and then hanging up. After I finally got through to an agent, I asked them my question and they put on hold for 15 minutes and then she picked up the phone, pretended not to hear me and then proceeded to hang up. I then tried calling many times and EACH TIME, they would pick up and hang up again. As someone who works in customer service, this is to me, the most unethical and unprofessional thing someone can do in the business. I had a very simple question that would have taken no more than a minute to respond to. I get that it was almost time to close and everyone wants to go home but hanging up on customers is not the way to go about it. I would just rather then have at least picked up the phone and put me on hold or asked me to call back later or tomorrow. These people are getting paid to work which gives then no right to just hang up on people, especially when its their customers who keep their business running. I will be sadly taking my business elsewhere, even if I have to drive further because I will not deal with lazy people who dont care about their services. This left a horrible taste in my mouth to say the least.

I have been coming to this Tag Agency for years... but for the past 2 years a very nice Lady named Norma Casas has been the one thats help me. Shes very helpful anf informative. She always has a big smile on her face. I think she is one of the reasons why this auto tag agency is doing good. From now on.... even if I have to wait in line I will wait for her.

For all my military family, this Agency was able to help me register my car that was purchased overseas. The owner/Manager and Monica were amazing. After I was denied services in other agencies because it was too much work, they got to work and make it happen. I was very happy to find a place where they take care of military members. Highly recommended!!!

One of the most disrespect disrespectful places you can go too. The lack of courtesy and professionalism is incredible. I called to ask a questions about a title transfer and the lady was extremely rude and would not let me finish my question. Then when I was going to ask again a different question she hung up. I though maybe the call failed so I called again. When they picked up I told them I was speaking with someone and the call failed and they hung up again. And then I called a third time and say the called failed again and they hung up. By now it’s obvious they hung up. I just wanted to ask a simple question and if she couldn’t answer she could’ve transferred me not hung up on me. Extremely unprofessional.

The customer service here is great. The wait is very short and they are always eager to help me with any issues that I have. The staff is very friendly. I have never had a bad experience. Usually, I come to this Auto Tag Agency for business purposes. There are closer ones by my job, but I prefer to go here because of how great of a service Ive have. I called ahead and asked what to bring to transfer my cars title to a new owner, what the fees would be, and when they were busy. I was told what we needed to bring, the fees, and warned that this agency was usually very busy in the afternoon.I went with my buyer at 2 PM and there was no line and the lady who served us was polite, courteous, and efficient. We signed the papers, paid the fees, and transferred the title of my car to the new owner in about 20 minutes. All in all, a very pleasant experience.

Usually the service is pretty quick because its routine. I went in for a boat. Ive been 4 times and each time I go, its something else they need.This 4th time the girl was very helpful but had to get it reviewed by the manager. The manager, Laura, was absolutely rude.She refused to look at the documents and sent me to another location. This is the same woman that on my 3rd time going kept telling me I needed documents but could not tell me what documents or how to get them or the purpose it served. She didnt even know of it was required.You can tell she was just tired of dealing with me and is passing me off to another location.

Scam scam scam customers are been overcharged by Tag agency attendants, I was here today was over charged $20 but when the clerk realised who I was she changed the paper work so it was $20 cheaper than what she was charging me originally , I will report this to Tallahassee DMV For false charges to the consumers .

Nice people working there, they helped us with our issue and it didnt take us that long. Waiting seats are ugly and dirty but the bathroom was very clean.

I dont even have to go in to know how the service will be...I called three times from a landline and kept getting the automated line and then they hung up on me each time. I finally called them on my cell phone while going through it again on the landline and they answered right away. Then when I ask for information they come to tell me that they cant give me any information over the phone. Ridiculous.
