Blake bailed me out on a Saturday with very little notice. I had a failing AlienWare that had been poorly maintained and he was able to breathe new life into it! I can honestly say that I believe it is running faster and better in every way than it did when it was brand new. He is my go to computer guy from now on.

I came in for an issue on Tuesday afternoon, we discussed possible things that be happening with my computer. Left it with Blake overnight and by the next day, it was working just fine! I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs help. He’s a good guy and will give you good results!

After doing diagnostics on a MacBook that ultimately could not be saved, Blake offered to try to sell it for parts. I said that would be great.Didn’t hear from him for a month. When I reached out, he didn’t know who I was because he had lost all his phone message history. He also lost the paperwork I filled out when I dropped off my computer.He had listed my computer on eBay but after back and forth with a buyer, realized he’d listed it incorrectly. I told him not to bother listing again and I picked up my computer. He texted me for my email so he could send me an invoice. I sent it immediately.Two weeks later, he sent me a text saying, “... wanted to see if you planned on paying for my services ...”.I don’t know if he was honestly insinuating that I wasn’t going to pay him, but that’s how it sounded. I had never even received an invoice and I texted back to let him know that. He respond “Lol I spelled your email wrong”.In addition to the $79 diagnostic fee (very reasonable - happy to pay it), he included $20 for the time he spent trying to sell my computer. I disagreed with the charge due to the mishandling of the sale which he agreed with, apologized for, and removed. I paid the revised invoice immediately.So, that is why I gave him two stars and would not recommend his services. This was a completely unprofessional debacle. He has many 5 star reviews so I know this won’t effect his rating much, but people need honest reviews, good and bad, so they can make informed decisions.EDIT: Changed to one star review.I texted the owner when I posted this to give him a heads up so he could respond. I’m not out to get him, but I thought future customers should know he’s not always 5 star.In addition to the insulting (and confusing) response below, which he obviously posted without reading the review, he also sent me a series of uncalled for texts. He says he is refunding my money - I’m not sure why as the computer diagnostic was fine and that’s what I paid for - saying “ Your money has been refunded even though you only care about hurting people not even the money. You can rationalize your hateful behavior however you so choose but I could care less.”So, definitely unprofessional and if you don’t give him a 5 star review he will come for you. You would not believe the texts he is sending me. He doesn’t even know me, and he insulting and attacking me personally. I had no idea leaving an honest review would lead to this level of hostility.If you read the review, it was not about the diagnostic on the computer. That thing had weird issues. It was how unprofessional he was. I don’t know why he keeps going on about the computer.FINAL EDIT (because holy cow, y’all)He admitted that he didn’t care enough about my business to keep track of my contact information. He’s making a lot of personal judgments about me because I didn’t use a computer immediately because it was a gift and I didn’t need it right away.So clearly it was decided, knowing nothing else about me, that I’m a spoiled rich person who doesn’t deserve to have their computer looked at? That I should send money to “starving people” instead of trying to get my computer fixed? Because my computer had problems right out of the box it was my fault because I didn’t open it right away so you didn’t need to take me seriously? You are a computer repair business!This whole thing has been absolutely crazy. Wow.

Being a senior citizen, I am not very technologically gifted, so I hired Blake to take care of my laptop. He kept it running fast, virus-free and updated. When Blake moved out of town, he installed software that allowed him to hop onto my laptop remotely and fix whatever problem I was having. That has been a great blessing to me. I contacted Blake as I wanted a local person for computer support and not someone at a large corporate store or someone in another country. He came over, assessed our needs and set us up with new equipment and with computer support at a fair price. He has also helped with any issues we have had with the new equipment and internet access.

I caught one of those very troublesome virus that wont allow someone as shallow as me to get rid of it.
