I used miracle method to refinish my tub. Technician, Carlos arrived on time and explained everything. I informed him the last time I had the tub refinished the tech did not do a good job. He ensured me I would be satisfied with the tub. I have to say that Carlos did an exceptional job and my tub looked new afterwards!! Great job Carlos!!

The quality on both repairs was exceptional. Both of our tubs had cracks and holes, they were able to repair and refinish our tubs like new. I had them fix a thermal crack in my tub. 5 months later the crack came back. Bill Fuller keeps telling me they messed it up and it’s covered under warranty. We’ve scheduled it to get fixed 2 times, but they keep canceling a day before my appointment without rescheduling to come fix it. Never return phone calls , i’ve been trying to fix it since August 3rd.

These guys are professionals is every sense of the word—-always on time and did exactly what they said they would do for the quoted price. That being said, our bathroom looks brand new. I was pleased when work was first done. They retiledthe entire master bathroom with shower. That was in 2016. Five years later there has been some cracking in seams, some tiles in shower are loosing finish, old grout is coming through. Several months ago, I asked someone to come out to look and give me an estimate on what repairs might be. The cracks the gentleman said were all due to resettling and not their work - of course 🤔. They never called with an estimate to redo shower tiles and fix cracks which I was willing to pay for. Everyone is busy but no excuses.

David was my technician that refinished three sinks in my historic home. Excellent workmanship, very polite and pleasant to have in my home, very through with taping and covering up the things in the bathrooms. Each sink had major issues and he was able to bring them back to better than new! Very pleased with David and everyone I had contact with at this company! They rate a 10 + in my books!!

Gilbert did a great job on installation a few weeks ago. David returned today to complete a small area that needed touch-up. In spite of some confusion with the work order at first, David directed me to Office Manager, Bill, to clarify the work needed. David was efficient, friendly, informative, and professional. When the touch-up was completed, I asked David about a problem with the old, ugly drains in each bath/shower and he told me about a great-looking replacement kit that I immediately asked him to install at a reasonable fee. Bill corrected the invoice and we now have two completely new looking bath/showers!

Great business to work with! Left a voicemail over the weekend and received a call back Monday morning. Was able to schedule an appointment the same week. Paul came to our house and we immediately felt like we had chosen the right company. Our technician Carlos arrived on time, and was very professional. The whole team was very responsive and we will be using them again for our next project.

We had Miracle Method to our house to fix and resurface our bathtubs. Within a one year period we had to have them back out to repair their work. We set an appointment to have them back out for repair on both bathtubs for a third time. On the third repair the technician told us that he wouldnt be able to do both tubes because he didnt have time. According to our invoice the second tube was a refinish and should have had a 5 year warranty. With life and Covid-19 happening I waited for more then a year to call to reschedule the second bathtub for refinishing (still within the 5 year warranty). When I spoke with Bill he said it was a rebuild and was only a 2 years warranty. So my wife pulled out our paperwork and we verified that our invoice said refinish and not repair on the second bathtub. Bill refused to honor the 5 year warrant and held firm on his response that it was a rebuild even after we sent him the invoice showing refinish. So I asked Bill if they had a quality guaranty and he said they did. I then asked Bill if he felt that the work his technician preformed would be considered quality after having had to send people back 3 times in less then 3 years and he agreed that was not quality work. One would think that a company that offers a quality guaranty and doesnt feel that they delivered a quality product would make it right for their customers. Bill refused by saying it was not under warranty and that the quality guaranty only applies while the work is under warranty. Miracle Method is not welcome in our home ever again.

We had our bathtub and tile surround refinished by Miracle Method of Waco and we are very unhappy with the quality of the work. We are approximately a year out from our refinishing and the office knows us by name due to all of the repairs our tubs have required. Our master bath was done correctly, took one day, and looks fantastic. Unfortunately, now it is separating at the line where the tile meets the tub, and of course they tell us that is caused by movement of the house and not covered under warranty. Our spare bath has been repaired at least six times (I stopped counting) due to application issues and is still in need of more repair. At this point I wish I would have just replaced the tub and tile and saved us all a bunch of time and frustration. Also, getting the office to respond to your repair request is not easy. There have been several calls and emails that have gone unanswered.

Our technician, Carlos, was the best! Pleasant and professional, excellent job on resurfacing our 1960s tub, shower, sink, countertop and tile walls that had been an eyesore since we purchased our home 4 years ago. It looks amazing now! Everything was cleaned up, he explained the care and maintenance process and explained everything very well.The only thing I wasnt 100% satisfied with was communication up front from sales and estimating. Mostly when I called to find out what we needed to to do to prepare for the technicians arrival, there were some time consuming things that we were not made aware of such as removing faucets, toilet tanks and other tub hardware. Fortunately my husband was home at the time and able to remove those things.Overall, I would recommend Miracle Method for your outdated tile, tub and shower needs. Its way less expensive than tearing out and replacing and it looks fantastic!

Very glad we chose Miracle Method to refinish our bathtub. The tub is original to our 1960s home and had a horrible layer of store-bought refinishing that was put on by the previous owner. It was chipping and discolored! Thankfully Miracle Method did a great job and the bathtub looks brand new. We live in Texas so we worked with Mike S. from the Hewitt location. We had an estimate for a garden tub next to a shower. Paul arrived on time and had some great suggestions. We arranged a date for the install. I just rented a duplex in Hewitt TX. Miracle Method of Waco was contracted to repair a hole in the guest bath tub. Worker arrived on time, quickly made repair, there are fumes from the process which is normal. He had fan drawing fumes out a window, and recommended my pet be outside if possible. No mess left for me to clean up, closed bath door with exhaust running at his recommendation. Very happy with the work completed by their friendly efficient employee.

OMG, I cannot express in words the extreme satisfaction and amazing reformation of our kitchen and laundry room. Kailey (spelling is probably incorrect) was our installer and he went above and beyond protecting our walls, furniture and anything that was not going to be sprayed. Just wanted to let you know that we just had the most pleasant experience working with your employees Paul, Bill and Eric.We had met Paul at last years Home Show at the Bell County Expo Center. It took a year for us to call but we did not forget Paul and his ability to explain how MM works. We finally decided to do this project. Paul came to our home, looked at the tile counter tops we wanted to refinish and gave us a good quote. A very personable young man!Bill promptly followed up with an email confirmation and gave us a chance to ask any more questions.Eric (a fellow veteran) reported to our home exactly on time, explained the process to us and got right to work. He was very meticulous and a talented craftsman who obviously takes pride in his work. We left him to his work and he actually completed the project in a one visit instead of two days as proposed! Eric used some creative ventilation techniques to vent the fumes outdoors sparing the rest of the house. The kitchen area fumes then dissipated within a few hours and by the next day hardly noticeable. He unmasked the surrounding cabinets and floor and cleaned up the area for us. We are very pleased with the results and dealing with the MM team!

Had a bathtub that had previously been restored using a cheaper restoration company about 8 years ago that was beginning to crack and age. Miracle method sent out Paul that did a fantastic job explaining the process and provided an estimate. We scheduled the tub refinishing and Carlos came and did a fantastic job. We requested to have the jacuzzi jets removed and filled and you would never know it was there. Carlos arrived on time and communicated throughout the process. Tub looks better than new and they cleaned up real well. So glad we chose Miracle Method instead of a cheaper alternative.

As part of a home renovation project, we called Miracle Method to talk about some work we wanted done in our kitchen and bathroom -- sure glad that we took the time to make that call! From the start, everyone was friendly and helpful, including Bill in the front office and Paul who came to our home to show us the colors and styles available to transform our rooms. Once we made our selections, perhaps our best experience was dealing with David, the technician who really made things happen. To us, David became The Face of Miracle Method -- he was courteous, cheerful, helpful, and a thorough professional -- when he came to work, he focused on the job and took pride in doing a good job. When he finished, the changes he made in our rooms were quite dramatic. We are exceptionally pleased with the final product and the quality of service. Our shower looks brand new and at a good price. My husband was impressed with the person that did the install. The salesman could have been more helpful, especially when I went to pick out colors. He seemed put out with me for being there while he was trying to train someone.

We had our kitchen counter tops, bathtub and shower resurfaced. Donnie did a great job and went above and beyond to make our home beautiful. He helped devise a way to get our new sink in that we named the sink after him. Not only do we have a fantastic looking counter top, but our Donnie Sink looks great too.

Armando has been here all week resurfacing tubs, showers, and countertops in my master and guest bathroom. I cannot even describe what a transformation he has made. It doesn’t feel like the same house. Armando worked everyday to make sure I was happy with the work he did. And indeed I was. He was friendly, accommodating, efficient, and professional. He cleaned up his work area each day and communicated what would be happening the next. I could not have asked for a better experience or end product. Miracle Method and Armando get 5 stars!

The Miracle Method bathtub refinish is amazing. Great alternative to replacing the old tub and we are extremely satisfied, our tub is gorgeous. Our tech Kaylee, did an outstanding job and he was efficient, polite and a pleasure to have working in our home. We will have our shower and vanity done very soon.
