If I could give negative stars I definitely would. I was quoted $177 for a dance floor and 2 days later they decided to send me an invoice for a higher price. They tried to sneak miscellaneous fees 2 days after I got my invoice. When I called to dispute they wouldnt even honor the first quote they gave me. Even though it was their mistake. Horrible customer service!!

Great place to get rentals. A little pricey but there service was excellent. They called prior to delivering my tables and chairs and jumper. I had plenty of questions and the receptionist was very helpful when I talked to her. Great customer service. Delivery guys were also very helpful and polite. Would definitely recommend them.

Weve been doing business with them for 3 years now and will continue to do so for every Easter weekend. The prices are reasonable and their customer service is great. They are also close to my house, which is a plus.

Ordered a tent, tables and chairs for a party at our home and we were so pleased! A crew delivered and set up the tent the afternoon before and tore it down the morning after. They were fast, professional, and nice. Everything was clean and in perfect working order. I look forward to future rentals and definitely will recommend.

I had my wedding not to long ago, and I was impressed. Fast service , staff was friendly and helpful. They took care of everything!! My wedding was beautiful. I definitely recommend high desert party rentals.

They are money grubbing thieves. Party had to be rescheduled due to Covid and they are asking for another $2000 and will not refund any monies paid so far.

We have used them three years straight for an event we hold. Everything has always held up. Take down and set up is exactly when they say, and the employees are nice.Price is fair too, I guess thats important.

I actually worked for this company and they let me go telling me i would be back in march cause business was slow no one else laid off they letbwhat others said about me determine the decision to let me go even held a meeting but i was never spoke too by any management or leadership of the company I contacted them back in march like i was told to numerous time to never get an answer reply or call back im actually still waiting i was told by Jim the owner i was his best and i truly feel i was as worked worked my tail off everyday for these guys because of their choice to let favoritism rule they chose to keep the ones who who lie and steal and do heavy drugs to continue working i dont fit that profile so i guess maybe thats why either i am a war veteran along with the owner of the company and never dine anything wrong not even missing a days work and continuously working overtime daily with no extra pay just the flat rate and never slacked with that mind u think a military bearing would keep to war vets accountable but it failed on the owners parts as did all i could to maintain contact i thought these were good Christian guys but their actions show me they are not so Christian or fair i would love to hear from Jim Javin or Damien as to why they listened to a guy who brags about robbing people and doing drugs while driving a company truck. Sorry HDPR you all know this is very true and should be ashamed of allowing your business to be ran this way i was a highly dedicated employee who truly loved my job and life it was perfect til Guillermo came back my worst mistake was feeling bad for that guy and wanting to help him to do better he was in a bad spot and i cared too much i seen him as true friend but he never was this company ruined alot of what i had rebuilt after losing everything in the blue cut fire august of 2016 if you guys so happen to see this review i would still love a phone with a conversation as to why you all felt the need to do me so filthy it was a blind sided cheap shot for sure
