Wanted to go somewhere I can trust my car with. A place that is affordable . I found that today. Great customer service, helpful, friendly. I have 3 kids and they made the whole process so easy. They communicated with me the whole time and found me the best prices for everything. Would recommend this place to anyone.

I went to this shop first thing in the morning to get tires. The staff was helpful and courteous and found tires for me that came with a good warranty and yet were reasonably priced. They recommended a wheel alignment, which cost a little more, but I didnt feel I was being sold services that I didnt need. The services were performed well and quickly, so the rest of my day was not disrupted. Overall, it was a good experience.

Sorry for the original rating, it seems I accidentally rated without knowing. My overall experience here was excellent like always. I went in for tires and they had my car ready pretty fast and at a very good price! I will continue to take my car in for any future needs.

Honestly cant believe it has good reviews. my wife went there because she thought there might be a balancing problem on her tires. they told her there wasn’t it’s probably just the “nut behind the wheel.” My wife didn’t get they they were joking at the time. so the guy asked “blonde is there any blonde under that brunette?”with me one of the guys was joking with someone else while i was checking out. part of his joke ended in flipped me off. seriously unprofessional.

Worst business I have ever been to . Waisted my time there and they left my car running for over 20 min unattended in the parking lot and didnt even do the job they were suposto have done . I strongly advise all you to never do business here .

Driving up to Vegas on a Friday afternoon. My car decided to overheat, luckily I was able to make it to American Tire Depot where Jeremy (the service manager) and Frank (the technician) took care of it right away. Frank was very thorough in explaining the issue and what was causing it, he made sure my car was up and running the way it needed to be, all while doing a brake job and an alignment as I stood and watched. The guy is efficient! Jeremy also gave me the best deal! Wish I had this service shop near me.

Bad Customer service when I came to purchase my tires they where nice n friendly today I get here I walk in and I say hello no one said anything I didn’t get acknowledged at all. I ask to make a appointment for next day and said it’s a first in thing so why does your internet page has a space for appointment I guess since it’s just tire rotation they don’t care bout my car next tire change I will be going somewhere else...

First of all the shop is very clean organized with the tire displays placed very professionally.There was a nice television in the lobby to watch while I was waiting for the job to be completed.Due to covid regulations the employees were wearing required face coverings at all times while I waited for my tires to be mounted.The wait was about 45 minutes as I was told by Jeremy the day prior when I ordered the tires. The tires I ordered for our Mustang were American made cooper tires which the price for buying 4 at the price of 3 was a better price than a few of their competitors. Great warranty as well and free tire rotations every 5k miles. Also free nail repair came along with the sale, so in my opinion a good purchase all around.

They were very professional got things done ahead of their own schedule.

Great service all around. I had a tire failure with one of my run flat tires in the evening. I called Mike and he assured me that he would place a special order for me. He stayed open a bit later for me until my towed vehicle arrived. He stored it overnight in the secured garage. First thing in the morning Mike called to let me know my vehicle was ready. Mike saved me so much time and effort. GREAT SERVICE!

Quick service. Tires and alignment done in a little over an hour. It pays to set up the purchase and appointment online. Best price i could find from the chain tire shops.I have gotten my tires here for quite a few years. I travel alot for work. I have used the flat repair, at locations all over Southern California, never had any issues.

Cant express how great full I am of Jeremy working at the front counter, Kia had quoted us over $200 to replace a flat tire and he found out that it was only 2 screws and can be repaired. He saved us almost $300 from what the dealer quoted us.

I guess customer service is no longer a thing anymore, asking simple questions will make the employees to walk away from you when you have been a paying customer for years. All you had to do was sit there and explain in detail and it wouldve been cool. Also never got a phone call about the tire Ive had been expecting for a year! You couldve sold me tires that day and made 1k.

For my first experience here, I stopped by to have my back rear tiers checked out, frank is one of the mechanics there that helped me out so much. Frank was polite, very understanding and respectful when I told him what I felt was the problem. He was able to fix the problem and the wait was approx less than 20 mins.

They were very helpful in a sense where I was pretty please at the out come knowing I didnt have much money I still qualified for a discounted rate....very good

I called several tire shops due to the KO2 tires being back ordered everywhere and was also price shopping. Not only did Jeremy have the tires in his warehouse, he gave me the best deal around. He told me that he would have them in his hands the next morning and would call me. I had serious doubts that was going to happen and at best, I would get a phone call that they didnt actually have them and that their system was wrong. I was in a jam because one tire was unrepairable and the donut was oem and wayyyy smaller so I couldnt drive the truck.Jeremy called the follow morning and let me know that he had them.Thank you, Jeremy for the excellent customer service

I set an appointment online for lots of work: new tires, 120k tune up (air filter, spark plugs, coolant flush, etc.) Alignment, new brakes, and 2 front new rotors. Needed new struts but couldnt afford the work. Brian worked with me and helped me the best we could and provided great customer service. Mike helped ring me up and Frank worked on my car. He did an excellent job, excellent service.

Had an excellent experience buying my first set of tires for my 2017 tundra today. Everyone was super friendly and they were willing to price match, no questions asked. Unfortunately I didn’t get the name of the sales associate that helped me the entire time I was there but I spoke with Jeremy before my visit and he was able to recommend and order some great tires for me and they were installed same day! Im blown away with the amazing customer service i recieved. The alignment technician is a magician and they even got the steering wheel sitting perfectly straight in my 89 Mustang which i havent seen in years. They left a little extra camber and specd it perfectly in the middle of the range. A simple request of no test drive was also granted and all i can say is American Tire Depot is the place to go for any service they offer. I origionally had a problem mounting the two front tires and was contacted by the GM, Ever to help resolve the issue ASAP. Ever went above and beyond in resolving the issue and provided amazing customer service. Overall it was an amazing visit to American Tire Depot.

Customers service was cool. Went in for a flat repair. But as far as working on my tire repair, that was upsetting. They need to train the tire service guys about working on custom wheels. And being careful. REALLY?! I also seen them using the metal tool to remove the tire. You are not supposed to use that tool on chrome and aluminum wheels!!! Oh and the ripped my tire on the inside pinching it while removing it from the rim. And tried to say I may have him something 🙄 Cmon. Anyways, I just hope they added oil when I had it changed .Does it ok like Ill run sh*t over to ruin my tires or scratch my rims?

I called and set my appointment and made sure the tires would be there. They were everything went without any problem.The total price was the best, I did some shopping around and came back ATD.

My husband just got 3 new tires for our car. The product is fine but his experience was beyond awful. The staff is extremely RUDE!!! They act like their customers are bothering them and that they are doing US a favor. I wish we would have spent our $700 elsewhere. They need some serious training in customer service.

I’ve been taking my fleet of cars to dealerships for 35 years numbering into the hundreds. My first attempt at a non dealership and I can tell you I’ll only use American Tire Depot for everything I can to do for my automotive needs. Fast, efficient and extremely affordable. Plus the employees there were extremely courteous and efficient.

They were very quick with my service, I made a appointment and they took my car in right on time also.

They got my truck right in and did the oil change, price wasnt bad either.
