Marc and his son at ITG Glass Company installed the glass in a display case at our Italian Restaurant. We could not be happier with the experience from quote to installation and follow-up. We had been working on our master bath renovation and needed some ideas for the shower glass enclosure. We gave Marc from ITG a call. He came to the house to see what we were working with and get an idea of what we needed. After some time going over the details and samples, we settled on a design. he would return when we were ready.When we finally finished we called Marc back and got on the schedule. He arrived as scheduled, on time, and with the correct unit we ordered. After 3hrs, it was done! Absolutely amazed at the quality and craftmanship of the install. Done right the first time. We needed the glass top to our aquarium replaced and ITG Glass went well above and beyond. It was a small job, but the glass needed to be cut precisely. When my measurements were off, ITG corrected the sizing and then even went so far as to install it into the frame. While they should have charged me for the correction and install, they didn’t! They were so helpful and kind, I was completely blown away! We will return with larger projects in the future!

Great shop for window tinting. Jen was great to work with for scheduling, and other inquiries. Marc did an excellent job with the tinting/matching the front windows the rear tint from the factory, and wont put out a product he isnt happy with. I am extremely satisfied with the tint on my car!If someones elses low-ball price sounds too good to be true it probably is. Spend the extra money to support local professionals putting out a quality product!

We got our shower enclosure done by ITG Glass. Before going with them we got quotes from the majority of the companies in the area and ITG Glass came back with the best price. Marc was very patient as we finalized the design and willingly provided quote adjustments for all the different options we added and removed. Installation and quality of the enclosure is top notch. We are very happy with how everything turned out. We ended up coming back to ITG Glass to get the seeded glass for our kitchen cabinet doors. Glass for 6 doors was cut and ready to go in a day. We recently completed a master bathroom renovation and needed two walls of glass for our newly tiled shower. We contacted three companies and Marc at ITG Glass in Hershey was the only one to actually visit to make an accurate measurement and give an accurate quote. The others gave us “ballpark” quotes online with many variables. We were very impressed with Marc and with the amount of time and care he took with us just on this visit alone. He installed our shower glass yesterday and again took great care to get everything installed perfectly. It appears he must be a bit of a perfectionist and we are grateful for that!! Our shower is beautiful and absolutely perfect. I’m currently working on a bath remodel in my daughter’s home and he’ll be getting that job too in another month. I was very pleased with the service. I was given a fair quote and was called immediately when the glass came in to schedule an appointment. The installation took about 45 minutes. He was fast and friendly and even helped me with a quick fix on my mower. I would use ITG again.

Ive had a couple of rock chips in my windshield I had them fix and they did excellent work. I also had a rear window leak on an older vehicle and they came out and pulled glass and resealed it for me and I never had another problem with water leaking in. Highly recommend them for any glass work.
