MaidPro Hershey associates Amber and Amber (amber squared as I called them) were very thorough and detailed cleaners. My home sparkled and smell fresh when they were done. I appreciate how courteous and respectful they were. They treated my home with care and even added special touches like making decorative origami folds on the tissue. I highly recommend their services.

Everything was great. Gabby was very pleasant and professional. Right from the start you could tell she had our best interests in mind with showing up with a mask on. Then putting coverings over her shoes. The little details such as founding hand towels and the ends of the toilet paper. She did the job in a timely manner, and quietly too. When she was done everything looked great too. Thank you Gabby.

I was disappointed with my first deep clean as the floors were still dirty, and the shower didnt seem to get very clean. I decided to stick it out for one more clean, and Azzlynn did a great job! Alone, she did better than the deep clean! The whole house was spotless, and she even took the time to organize the things on our countertops!

Today was my first experience with MaidPro and I couldnt be more impressed. Caleb was on time, professional, and thorough. I cant remember our home being this clean! If this is the standard, well be customers for life. Thank you, Caleb!

I enlisted them to do a move in clean for our new home. We were moving here from out of state with 2 little kids so I explained that I wanted to house to be clean when we moved up and that we would not be home when they came to clean. They sold me some song and dance about their multi step cleaning process and their re clean guarantee. We were up the day before for our walk through but had to leave that day to go to a wedding. Long story short I don’t believe they ever cleaned anything. They billed me for 7 hours of service and when moving day came I was in disbelief. None of the fans in our bathrooms were dusted. There was a huge sticky spill in the kitchen that I noted on our walk through. The baseboards and window sills were dusty. The fridge was untouched. Multiple emails and pictures were sent explaining my dissatisfaction. At first they offered to reclean but by that point I had already had to re clean myself which is what I wanted to avoid. I told them I wanted a refund and I wanted a copy of the checklist they used to clean my home- because I still don’t think they cleaned anything. They used covid as an excuse as to why they couldn’t show me a copy of their checklist??? Over a month later they have stopped replying to my emails and I’m out $400. My house has never been re cleaned. Would NEVER recommend them. Terrible customer service and they are liars at what they promise. They took advantage of us knowing that we wouldn’t be home.

My cleaning this month was great. Eli did a fantastic job. Somehow it wound up being one of the quickest cleans weve had, but it was also completely thorough. All the problem areas like the oven and microwave were spotless. Stairs were vacuumed which was a bonus because those sometimes get missed by others. great experience!

I have always been extremely happy with the service I receive from Maid pro. A tad pricey but worth the money as the cleaning is 100% perfect. From the dusting to sweeping, organizing and vacuuming , it is all done with excellent effort. The staff have always been friendly and professional.Jordan did an excellent job!

Please do not use this company. I fell for their good reviews and was left with paying twice what I was quoted and a dirty house. The team did not vacuum, dust or wipe any closets regardless of them being empty, did not dust or wipe above doors and windows, they cleaned windows but not the window sills, they dusted outlets but did not wipe them. Laundry area did not get dusted on top of cabinets and front cabinets barely look like they got dusted, tile and grout looked untouched. I was expecting to move in to the home and prepare for the arrival of our baby next month instead I am stuck cleaning after the cleaning crew. Will be looking at a different cleaning company in the future.

Received a mailer for $150 off five cleanings. The offer claims to be for $50 off your 1st, 3rd, and 5th cleaning- for ANY recurring service. After a phone call was placed to the company for pricing, I was told that they would not honor the $150 dollars off as stated on the advertisement. I do not trust a company that puts out false advertising.

My house was cleaned thoroughly and I really enjoyed the special touches like the tissues made to look like a flower.

From not having a clean house as expected, to be told they need more time but charged me double the quote, to poor customer service that promises you to take a look at the issue and then they just stop responding to your emails and calls. Would not recommend this company, and will be looking to use someone else in the future.

Weve been with Maid Pro for maybe 3 years now and we LOVE it! Elsie Evans cleans our place usually, sometimes with another individual and she does an AWESOME job EVERY time! She goes above and beyond, even taking water cups we have left upstairs and bringing them downstairs to our kitchen and cleaning them for us! Nothing better than coming home after Maidpro has been to our place. They give us so much time back to spend with our kids by taking the cleaning off our to do list. I called to get a one time cleaning and was quoted $180 for my kitchen, tv room, 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. I agreed to the price. I received two more phone calls before they were to come. One to change the date and the other to confirm exactly what I wanted cleaned. I went through the rooms again despite the fact that I told the woman 4 different times what rooms I wanted cleaned and which ones I didn’t during my first phone call. However the last woman I spoke to stated that they didn’t know Neighbor to clean the two bedrooms and bathrooms. She gave me a new quote of $250. I was shocked because my house is only 1100 sq feet and they weren’t even doing my third bedroom or 1/2 bath. My boyfriend pays $200 for a 5,000 square foot home. What a racket! I will never use their services and I will make sure that everyone I speak to knows what happened.
