NEVER did I ever receive such a thorough hearing examination and test as I received from Donna McGirr, the Hearing Specialist.I was there to get warranty service on my Signia hearing aids. Well, the suggestion by Donna to have an updated test was a great move, since it was about 3 years since my last one, and I knew that my hearing had diminished. Donna is at the top of her craft as a Hearing Specialist! I am family member of Trisha Hicks. Trisha helped me to pulled up this review while I was in office for my appointment so I could help me to complete this review, I spoke to Trisha at her part time job regarding my hearing issues. She then explained to me she worked for a Hearing aid Company. I called that Monday and scheduled an appointment to be seen and tested for hearing loss. I want to say between Donna & Trisha they have done an incredible job. Donna was so wonderful, she tested me and took her time explaining all the aids available and how they work. She helped me to pick the best aid that will work best for my hearing loss. I cant thank these women enough for all the time and effort they put in with me helping to choose my aids and make sure I felt comfortable wearing them. They take their time, are very patient and very kind. I would definitely recommend my family and friends to their office.

I saw Donna today at Hershey office for leaid that said battery then shut off . Donna, working with a patient, said shed be with ret. . medd shortly. When free,she asked me in. to assist me. After checking my aid she will. Send it today to the CO. For qualifying repa irShe lent me a loaner unit until mine returns. She also replaced my power chord with was. defective will call when returned. She was very knowledgeable about my equipment and very pleasant in her demeanor and my visit, today,

First of all, I am filling this out for my mom,Marian. I was allowed to accompany her to the splint mg ent which was greatly appreciated!From the start, Donna listened to my mom and asked questions. She did not rush my mom and she was so understanding. By the time we left , mom was crying because she could hear . Donna told her what to expect and that did happen. Trisha was also kind. My mom was overwhelmed and this visit exceeded her expectations so positively! I am so grateful to both Donna and Trish.

This was by far the best experience I ever had with a hearing specialist. I learned more about the impact of my hearing loss and the importance of addressing it sooner rather than later. Very friendly, knowledgeable and caring staff.

Staff was pleasant. Salesman of course went for expensive hearing aid. Another type would have been $1000.00 less. First aid I tried, I didnt like. 2nd type was fine. No problem with trading aids.

Enhanced Hearing Solutions is a great place to go for hearing aids. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and Their service and follow up is very thorough.I recently had my hearing checked, the sound level on my hearing aids adjusted,and I received supplies (batteries, filters, and tips). They keep me going.My next visit will be in 6 month.

My 89 year-old mother has suffered from hearing loss for years and was being seen at a different hearing aid facility. After years of them not listening to her and her needs, I said it was time to switch. I have never been treated with such respect. These ladies listen to what you have to say. They solve your problems in a very timely manner. They want to make sure ALL your questions are answered and all your problems taken care of. They are unbelievable. I have never left a comment before where I have so much respect for how well I was treated. I have been dealing with the general public for over fifty years and these people put me to shame and I always treated people the way I wanted to be treated. God Bless them.

Simple .. no BSwithdrawing the above ... so far not very impressed .. blind sided on financing and first follow up appointment not done .. waited 30 minutes into my time and then left .. never seen .. you need to respect my time also..thank you.

Great Staff and very Happy with my Hearing Aids (What)

I have been working with my hearing aid specialist, Donna McGirr, at her Hershey office for a few months. She was very welcoming and thorough in her assessment of my hearing loss and explanation of my particular hearing challenges.Because I’ve been wearing hearing aids for many years, I researched current top performing brands and came prepared with a request to try a particular one. Donna was very gracious about that. She and I worked hard together to give it a fair trial, but unfortunately, it didn’t work out. Then we tried two other types.Now, with the rapid spread of Covid-19 in my area, I’ve decided to take a break from professional health care services. I regretfully and prematurely returned my third model and my plan is to return next year after a Covid-19 vaccine becomes available.Donna has been wonderful to work with. I recommended her to my friends and to my primary care physician for her expertise, genuine care, hard work and extra patience with me.Donna McGirr absolutely deserves a Five Star+ rating!

My appointment was efficient and complete in spite of a full schedule of customers. Hearing aids are working well and follow up has already been scheduled.
