I called Lane Ryan because their web site says Estate ServicesSettling an estate can be a difficult and emotional time. A member of our trained staff will meet you at the property to explain our services and answer all of your questions. We offer live and online on-site auctions at your location or personal property can be packed and relocated to our building. We offer a complete solution to your estate settlement from selling the Real Estate and/or personal property, donating items to charitable organizations and offering full house clean-outs.I received a return phone call from Ryan or Bryan and began to explain what I had. A house full of my mothers things that needed to be taken to auction. It is sometimes hard to explain what is in an entire household in any detail. I expected some questions and instead I was abruptly told, we dont sell that kind of stuff. I know they sell that kind of stuff because I follow(ed) Lane Ryan Auctions and know what kind of stuff they sell and they sell exactly the kind of stuff I have. He was rude. He was short and he was a real jerk. I will, of course, never buy anything from this place and I will, of course, steer anyone and everyone away from this place should they ask, at every opportunity.

I’ve been going to lane Ryan auctions for over a year now. I’m a reseller and I buy almost every week here. It’s a great experience for me because unlike other auctions I have time to research the items so I know what I can pay for it. Also Unlike other auctions you don’t have to stay there all day because what you want is at the end of the auction. You don’t have to make any quick decisions and regret them. As far as looking to sell your items I would highly suggest lane Ryan because I go to allot of auctions and you will get very fair prices for your items here. I’ve watched his business grow in the time I’ve been coming here and I know in the future I will take items here to sell. Lane Ryan as gone out of his way to make sure I’m happy and that goes a long way with me. I’ve referred him to my friends & family and now my mother is a regular customer. When my step-father passed away over a year ago he left quite a large collection of memorabilia behind. After speaking to Ryan at LaneRyan Auctions we decided they would be our best option. They were very efficient and always got back to us quickly about any little question we had. Great People. I have spent a Ton of money at Ryan and Kerrys auctions the past few years. I have purchased items for business and personal. I always look forward to their auctions -- My 15 year old son also enjoys their sales, and has bought truckloads of stuff. You also have to hear Erica bid call sometime, I doubt anyone can top her speed.

I have recently gotten into the online auction bidding after attending various auctions in person over the years. Online bidding makes it extremely convenient for me. Their auctions have been high quality items and the staff is extremely professional and respectful! Their online bidding site is easy to use and navigate.

Sure would be nice if the pickup times were more convenient and customer friendly. 9-11am and 3-6pm are crappy times for most people. May want to rethink that as I will have to rethink about placing bids again.
