Super fast service. I know Jerry Brown & his wife Lisa. They are good people!! Needed a tire patched from a nail, took less than 10 minutes from the time I got there until the time I left. The only OUCH about the experience was the $20 patch charge. I was expecting $5 or $10 which is the typical rate charged at a variety of Marion businesses -- and Quick Lane has patched my tires multiple times free of charge! Of course, the wait is always longer in Marion if they can even get you in the same day. I guess its a trade-off.

Excellent service. The will communicate via text. Took the time to help me pick tires with a great value. Absolutely all around great experience both times I was there. They will be my first stop when I need a tire and muffler shop.

Hello. I wish I had a 5 star review for this locale. This is my first 1 star ever.I waited 2 weeks for my appointment. These guys are good Im told. Im told they are the best around. Im told they cannot do wrong.I will not be bringing my business to the people here, and Im telling everyone I already know that goes to herrin muffler and tire to stop going. Here is why.I waited 2 weeks. I was told I can bring my car in the day before or the next day. I called at 9 am and was told theres no time in the day now and my appointment was at 8. Apparently they are now too overly busy to see me.None of this was communicated prior to this. I was simply told a day to bring my car in. Period. Yesterday was Labor day, they were closed so instead of bringing my car in the night before I planned on dropping off the kids then bringing my car in first thing in the morning. Like any other adult would do?I highly discourage giving your business to herrin muffler & tire. Speak with your dollars and let them know whats unacceptable.

If we could leave 10 stars we would! We had the frame of our trailer rust out by the leaf strap. Russ helped us out and gave us steps to take to fix this issue. He was so helpful and accommodating to go out of his way to point us in the right direction. We took care of the issues on our end and then took it back to Russ. He was able to line everything up and weld things back to place! We are so thankful and grateful for Russ and the great service at this awesome local shop!

I always like this place cuz theyre always friendly this particular time we just showed up with an almost flat tire and they immediately got on it and had us on our way and that means a lot!

Very quick exhaust work. Had them take stock muffler off and put Flowmaster on. Did good work and very quickly at decent price. Took just over 30 minutes.

Had a tire patched June 2021. Took about 15 minutes. Place was clean, people were friendly, and the patch is holding. $18 was more than expected, but were back on the road.

Herrin Tire and Muffler and Auto is the best! Their staff is friendly, down to earth, and of course has years of experience and training to identify the problem with my car and the knowledge to fix it. Its a place that I can take my car and not have any worries because I know its in good hands.

Plan on being without your car for awhile if you make the mistake of going here for service. Three days for a break job, was told would be ready next day. 4 days and still waiting for another so called next day repair. What a joke these guys are.

Called them up for a battery installation, ( have a weird place for my battery) they got me in same day and done under a hour and the price was nice. Will be returning for all of my future car needs

Affordable exhaust work!!

My son had a 97 Honda Civic Hatch. He bought one of those stainless 3 exhaust systems for it. To make it fit, I created an adapter out of 16 ga. mild steal. My adapter broke so I took it to Herrin Tire and Muffler. They said they could make and install a new adapter for $80. When we get the car back, I looked at the job and they had simply re-welded my adapter. Thats not what I paid for so I took it back. They have an elderly guy that does the estimates. I talked to him and we agreed that it wasnt repaired as we contracted. But, it appeared to be ok. He added a years warranty in case it broke again.Well, it broke as I figured it would. My son returned to have it fixed again. He showed them the receipt for the original work and that it was warranted. They re-welded it and he left.Now, we get a summons in the mail from Chuck Garnati that my son left Herrin Tire and Muffler without paying for that repair and that we owe $35. Really? They couldn’t call the number on the invoice for the work and ask about this?Well, Herrin Tire and Muffler, thats going to be expensive $35. I will never darker that doorway again. And if anyone asks, Ill relay my displeasure with both the lack of quality of their work and for the way they handled this whole thing.If you use this business, be very scared! Beware!
