Not the best. Paid $30 for a car wash that did little to the exterior of my car. The staff did a nice job vacuuming the inside but missed the mark on the outside. Unfortunately I didn’t realize it until I was home.

I would not recommend this place to get your car interior washed. This is my car after a supreme wash. Just a few. You judge for yourself,no I will not comeback because this is the second time this happened. It’s sad that costumers have to even look back at your work to make sure they get what they paid for. You should be on top of it. You are a business!

They do a good job…do they vacuum out every crevice or remove every spot? No. It’s not a perfect detailing BUT, they do a good enough job for the price. The detailers are young, very professional and work hard. I do the unlimited washes for both my vehicles (MB & BMW) and typically go home to do a more detailed wiping and spraying of armor all on the tires (sometimes). No complaints here.

I have been paying monthly for the unlimited car wash plan. Apparently this company just changed their policy and no longer offer vacuuming from 3pm until 5pm (you now have to do it yourself). The owners are ripping you off cause they still charge you the same amount of money they use to charge before. Place is a rip off, I cancelled my membership!!!!

EDIT - Tried out Clocktower Carwash again to see if they could make up for the initial post and they did a great job. I believe I got the most detailed car wash and they did a great job. Very professional workers at the drying and waxing station. Cashier/Manager was very nice as well!I have been trying to get ahold of someone with the company for a week now with no luck. The people were friendly but I was not able to get help with a lot of areas the car wash missed. I got the biggest Interior/Exterior package and they missed a mat in the back seat, missed a lot of cleaning in the car, smeared the windshield somehow so bad I had to rewash it when I got home. Once going through the wash and the gentlemen were drying the car, I still had some bug smears on the windshield and I asked to get them and he tried for a second then tapped on my car to say I can drive away. The front grill was not clean at all, (Bugs and smears everywhere) and it looked like they used a dirty rag on the passenger side door to dry. I have pictures for all of this that I took once I got home 3/4 mile away. I have been trying to call since I got home that day to see if they could rewash it and cannot get anyone on the phone. Not to excited about this place as I was looking into the monthly membership.

This place is great for 29 dollars you get a great wash and a very thorough interior vacuum. This isnt a detail but a great car wash. They do have other options if you need a more robust cleaning or attention to detail but the platinum wash is in my opinion the way to go.

Phenomenal experience! Just got my exterior washed, and for the price, I highly recommend this business. After my car was washed by the machine, two wonderful gentlemen finished my drying my car by hand. This wasn’t the typical experience. They spent a solid 5 minutes cleaning my car, adding tire polish, and putting in elbow grease to make sure my car was dry. I love car washes that I can stay inside, especially during this time. One of the best car wash experiences I have ever had!!!!!!!

They are soooooo slow; crew members stand around watching the others work. If they miss a spot and you tell them, they get an attitude. Next time, Ill just drive through the car wash at the gas station. Same quality for cheaper.

Not at all recommended. I got a car wash today both interior and exterior and is very much upset with the service. I didn’t feel fresh after the service was completed. The vacuum was not well done and the mat was still dirty. They didn’t even vacuum the trunk. I’m not going back again.

This place is overrated. I paid for the Platinum plus service which costs $ 29, and after less than 15 minutes they brought the car to the front. It was barely cleaned it. Wont come back.

Its my first time used this car wash for full-service. They new waiting area is clean and neat. They staff are very friendly. They vacuumed interior, cleaned windows, wiped dashboard and door jambs and car was shiny inside out. Im very happy for the service I paid for and will definitely try again!

I use to regular customer over here, but recent new staffs are very rude. Was waiting outside near curb once as going to meet someone, they asked me to go away , not at business but when outside at public space or road. Will never return, rude behavior is least expected when being regular customer. According to them they own the road outside their shop and not allowed to stand even when there is nobody around.

I purchased the monthly program for my vehicle at this location. The wash was decent and a good value to me; However, when I e-mailed, called, and went in person to cancel my account no one ever cancelled it. I have been charged the last 2 months even though I no longer live in Virginia. No response to e-mails, no response to phone calls.

Got few scratches on the drivers side windows. Its ok kind of car wash.

I was my car Clock tower pretty often.However, on Tuesday I had a very unpleasant experience, the coin holder in my car was vandalised, personal items including some loose change I kept in secure location in the car was stolen.

I have really bad experience with one of employee name Christian he is so rude don’t know how to talk with customers don’t clean my car properly and harass me . this guy don’t deserve to work here anymore.

The pricing seems fair for the types of services they offer. You can select from $9-$27 services. The welcome staff seems friendly & nice as well as the rest of the staff. I would only get exterior service here done again here. It’s cool that you can watch the car go through the power washing. The back of my car was still left messy despite getting an interior service. I regret not doing it myself. Overall, a great place for a standard exterior car wash.

Im not sure that Im going to come back here anymore....all the wash is good and the ladies that were helping clean my car are awesome, the management staff that I just saw yelling at them was super unprofessional. I dont entirely know what it was all about, but when you hear a man yelling and cursing at two ladies that are helping clean your car, it tends to make you feel uncomfortable. Get it together, treat your employees with respect, or your dwindling business will disappear

I paid $29 plus $10 for disinfecting=$39 to get my car washed. Their machine was not rinsing properly. Understanding that things happen but the attitude of the person receiving cars was so out of order. He was rude and asked me what do I want them to do and called me a joke.The so called Manager was also the same didn’t not make an attempt to try and get the workers to re rinse my car. Instead he told me I can pay another $60 for deep cleaning. I will not be using this car wash. Disappointed! Wanted to support my neighborhood car wash but no thanks. Dr Car Wash in Chantilly has better service by far!Been watching overtime, the service keeps deteriorating.

Got an automated car wash and the back of my car was pretty much left untouched.

Seems nice enough, signed up for a subscription plan. Drove through once with a Platinum wash and my rims looks horrible, just smeared around break dust. I didnt have them hand dry, maybe they would have noticed and sent me through or manually cleaned. Ill give them another shot later and change my review after full service.Update: I ended up going back same day and they definitely put in a lot of effort to make it right and spent some quality time on my wheels before I went through the system. I also stayed and let them do a wipedown after this time, and they were really detailed on all the door jams etc. Im going to be hanging around for a while.

I been here 2 times already 1s time I thought no big deal but I took my truck to today I charge $17.00 for exterior wash but is so disappointed cause there still mud all over the truck and that was the reason why I took it for a wash.

Extremely slow. They combine the ‘detailing service’ line with the regular wash line. The car wash machine can handle 1 car per 5 min max.

I was excited to finally get my “new to me” SUV completely done, inside and out only to have it done incomplete. There was trash left under the front seat, the mud was not cleaned off of the leather back seat, they completely missed the driver side floor mats, the door jams were not clean and there were dirt sports left on the back of the trunk. I was excited to try them but it was a huge let down and sorry to say I won’t be going back.

Thank you for getting the scum/gum off of my windshield without even charging me an extra fee. I had taken the car to two other car washes in the area and both said they couldnt get it off, after having already charged me.You guys had someone spend the time to at least try and get it off and I appreciate that. This rating is not based on how they wash the cars. Because that is a easy 5! This is more so based on their subscription or membership they offer.I was told I could bring 1 car a day with my membership. I have 2 cars. 1 I drive daily. Another I drive on my days off. Yet, when I bring my other car for the first time I was told I had to pay another $20+!Now, I understand that some people take advantage. Specially Taxi driver, and ride sharing. I first had saw a cab drive be rude to them.But, that is not me.Now, before you bash them I will say this.I spoke to one of the managers. He talked to be in the office and in my eyes gave it the best shot he could to fix the situation. Offered to run my car through free, apologized and tried to retain me as a client. And I do live coming here. However, I was told 1 thing and given another. Ethically I can accept being given special treatment. But, for those who made it this far in the review. They do amazing work in washing your car. 100x better then flagship!Do I think they are great? YESDid I cancel my membership? YesBut again, this was a incident that may of been isolated. Give them a shot and lets hope the owner fixes this. If they give everyone a 1 time a day, for multiple car owners for everyone. I will come back and I will edit this review to reflect. But it must be for everyone who isnt a taxi or ride share.

Their website says they are open till 6:30 but when I went before 5 they were closing already and didnt even bother to service. No response despite repeated calls and email! Quite disappointed

Was disappointed after my first time doing a full exterior and interior car wash, coming back to a car that still had splatter and dirt on it. Decided to give them a second chance since its closer to home than anywhere else but disappointed again - this time I paid for the top exterior only wash in order to get tire shine. When they told me I was good to go, I let them know I had paid for the tire shine and hadnt received it... I was watching the car beside me get it, and in that cars reflection I just saw someone only dry my tires. I went home and checked. My front driver side tire had nothing on it and the back driver side tire barely had something on it. The other two tires were okay. Went around to the back and there were still dry dirt streaks coming down my trunk, exactly what I gone to get a car wash to clean off. I live 3 minutes from the place and theres no way it happened in that time. Certainly worth driving a bit further to Flagship to actually get what I pay for every time.

Best car wash around hands down! They do a really good job on your car. They just re-opened after closing for updates and it’s better then before (if that’s even possible).I highly recommend this car was to everyone.1 tip for the owner is to sell air freshener’s again please. Thank you

DO NOT TAKE MEMBERSHIP. My rating is based on there membership process. They offered me membership when I went first time. They said i can cancel it anytime by calling the number on the card. I called the number twice, no one picked up, i left the voicemail to cancel the membership. No one called me back to confirm. And I received an invoice next month. I had sent them an email also for cancellation. No reply from them. I still dont know what is the status.

This is a new car wash and the equipment is state of the art. I purchased the $27 package. The interior cleaning was very good and the car wash was excellent. I will definitely be back. The staff was very polite and helpful. Keep up the good work !!!

Visited today with a salt encrusted full sized pickup and it came out looking as good as ever! The interior was thoroughly vacuumed and wiped down. My dogs nose prints were scrubbed off the windows. All in all, a very good value.

I honesty have never seen a slower moving car wash. When I arrived there were 9-10 cars in front of me. 35 minutes later and there are 5 cars in front of me plus an additional 4 or more in a separate line getting vacuumed that cur in line. Never ever again. Horrendous experience.No apology will give me back the time I have spent here.I understand Tim, but I ended up leaving after an hour in line. The problem is that every time a car that had interior service pulled in, they would immediately go to the front of the line pushing the rest further and further back. No such thing as first come first service here. I honestly hope you can work a more efficient and fair way to run the operation.Best of luck.

Literally was just told my wash would take 2-3 hours. Was not told this by the lady who swiped my CC. F. This. Place. Ended up going to the lady who swiped my card and told her I wanted a refund because its going to take 2-3 hours. She seemed surprised, said she had no idea then proceeded to tell me it was ONLY going to take 1.5 hours to wash my car. Never going here again. They need to communicate more with customers and inform them of wait times.

Be very careful when you bring your car here.Watch for your items because theyll disappear here.They vacuum my aux cable that is not small and it is very visible. It was plugged in. When I spoke with manager he told me that they r not responsible for anything that I leave in my car.For future references bring a suitcase or some huge bag to pack all you belongs before you give them your car.I was a regular customer on this location for many years. I never had issues in the past with old car wash. Than they closed car wash for renovation. Now there is a new staff, new management and I ma 100% sure that this will be my last car washing here.

Never again asked the attendant to wipe some water off my windshield and he told me use my wipers! Don’t need the attitude just need you to do your job. I have never had to ask someone to wipe the water from the windshield! If that’s how you operate I will travel and take my money elsewhere!

EDIT: Posted review on wrong car wash originally, was meaning to reference this one. But long story short, tried another place near Clarendon called Mr. Wash and prices were twice as much with half the service. Made me appreciate this one more.

They just cleaning for cleaning! They don’t even really clean the interior of car! I showed the all dirt of floor to lady working there she said we are so busy today! And we don’t have enough employees! She said she can give me free car wash next time! I don’t need next time cleaning I came here because I wanted to clean my car today! that’s too funny I give you that! I don’t recommend here!

I wanted to try this newly opened car wash and went for the wash after using the car extensively for long weekend. By the face value, place looked good with new equipments and the people working were good. But I personally was very very disappointed with the output. I would NOT recommend anyone to use this car wash. I do not expect good customer service or anything but I atleast expect is a good car wash for the amount paid. I paid 27$ for both indoor and outdoor. I observed they didnt even clean my car mats with water, neither was my car was cleaned properly indoor. Why pay so much when i can use vacuum for 1$ at gas station. I have added the pictures here and thats how my car looked when it was handed to me. VERY UNHAPPY with the service.

I never looked at the reviews. Came here for the second time and still disappointed. They charge 25$ for interior and exterior. But they always leave the stains inside the car. Don’t vacuum the trunk unless I ask them to. Crumbles under the car seat. I talked to supervisor that if they clean they need to do it well. Not just fast. I get bette quality and attitude in Sterling auto wash for a cheaper price. Won’t go again.

If you are a member of the gym across the street drop it off, get in your workout and pick it up after all shiny and clean! Fast, and friendly on the go as well at at very reasonable price.

My experience here was awful. To start off the packages when I pulled up were not explained correctly. I went ahead and chose the $29 one. I pulled up to the vacuum area and no one said a word. I asked for instructions and the answer was you can stay or leave. I did not know if they would drive the car to the wash or what was going to happen. I decided to go inside. I had a $3 coupon and the guy there took over 5min asking around to see if the coupon could be used or not even though the coupon was valid. Finally paid and waited. When my car was ready the guy opens the door and yells blue minivan. I was driving my wifes BMW X7 and figured he just couldnt tell the difference between a minivan and an SUV. Howerver, I clearly saw he had just finished with my car so I came out and while inspecting the car, the same guy gets in the car behind me and starts honking so I move. This was on december 8th and I really gave it some serious thought if I should leave a review or not. However, after further inspection they did a poor job and they scratched my dashboard and every time I think about it, I just cant help but to try to let other people know to beware.

Under new management but the same old slow service. I went there to just wash the outside of my car & no one guide me into the wash. My wash was simply. Wash & shine my tires. The people that work there couldn’t even dry my car correclty & didn’t shine my tires. I had to park to side & wipe it myself correctly & then shine my own tires. What a waste of my time & money.

Don’t go to this place pathetic customer service I went there a day ago and I have to tell the guy plenty of times that you have to clean this part of a car water still there which piss me off as they charged me $12 but no value for money will never ever go to this place again I have to clean water from my car by myself and they were standing there not even offer me any courtesy service 👎🏿

The Car Wash is under new management with more equipment and efficient staff. Various levels of service and you can also enrol for membership which entitles you to have your car washed many times in a month for a fixed monthly payment...good value for money!

I went to the Clocktower Car Wash with some expectation of reasonable service. It was a big disappointment. First, they were not cleaning interiors as their vacuum was not working. Then, the quick cleaning was such a slipshod job that it did not even wash away a slight bird pee stain on the side. I paid for washing the under side but there was no evidence of having been done so. When I left there were soapy watermarks all over. I ended up cleaning the car by myself!

Awesome job! They even power washed the bed of my truck and removed/re-installed the antenna . Exceptional service:))

I came to this car wash thinking it was Mr. Wash. To my surprise this is a new car wash but never again will they see me. My car windows and the inside and outside were dirty they did not clean them properly I paid money to get my car clean the right way my dashboard was supposed to be clean it was still dusty and dirty. When my car came out of the car wash the car was still wet a young guy dyed my car with 2 towels and dry my windows with the same towels leaving my windows dirty. I felt like I paid $23 to get a good clean car to my surprise I paid money to have the same dirty car. If I wanted to have the car the same way I should have just went to my house and grab the hose and wash my car was water.

Came in at 5pm and theyre closed when theyre supposedly open till 6pm. Poor management.Edit: Came in for a car wash the other day and they did a great job. Washed, dryed and tire polish for such a great value.

David and his team here take pride in their work.The price is more than fair for what you get.When I pointed out some grime that was still on my Challenger (likely road tar), David hand cleaned the area until it was all gone.They have my business for as long as I live in the area.

After paying for the Platinum package, I was disappointed to see that the job was not done thoroughly. Dirt was left on the back grill, the trunk wasn’t tried, the front grill and bumper was filthy and the front windshield wasn’t dried. I spent 15 minutes cleaning the car afterwards. Very disappointing for the price.

Spent 25.00 on carwash today.. vehicle got cleaned but while vacuuming the crew changed my radio settings and speaker settings and blasted my radio... talked to supervisor and all he could say was sorry, Ill talk to them.... doesnt incent me to go back. Flagship never does things like that... guess i will stick with them

Out of all the car washes in the area the employees here take the most care in cleaning interior and exterior of a car. Great service.
