Im so glad I found this gem of a community. First, the staff is very sweet and so helpful to all the residents. Moving in was made so easy, and they were checking up on me the entire way through. The neighborhood is SO PEACEFUL. I love taking early morning walks and hearing absolute peace and quiet. The grounds are kept well maintained, the huge pergola in the middle of the courtyard is GORGEOUS. I hope they put some lights up there for the holidays-that would be SO dreamy. Beautiful community, even better people.

My time I lived at Camden Dulles Station was exceptional. The apartment was large and had SO much storage space and was just a perfect apartment all around. Pretty good amenities and benefits included with your lease. It is well worth the money, and the management and service teams are super responsive and professional. If you choose Camden you will absolutely be taken care of and have a very enjoyable living experience.

I have been a resident at Camden for 4 years and recently transferred to another unit. The grounds are always kept clean, the community is beautiful, and what I love most is the professionalism of the staff. I have had such a great experience with Maureen, Gary, and Shannon. I can not begin to express how happy I am with my apartment community and staff. By far one of the best places to live in NOVA. I highly recommend!

We have lived at Camden Dulles Station for about 4 years and we love it. Beside the large apartments, the reason I picked Camden was because of the friendly management team, especially the leasing manager, Shannon Jones. She made us feel welcome and helped with any questions we had. Now that we have been living here for 4 years we feel that way about all the staff. The maintenance team is amazing also, very quick to fix any issues. I would absolutely recommend Camden Dulles Station!

After having lived in eight different states and 15-16ish different apartments since college - this is the best apartment I have had. The features I like about this place, which isnt easy to find, include that there is minimal noise from neighbors, the layout of the apartment was well-thought, plenty of sunlight, plenty of installed ceiling lights throughout -- and best of all, they are very responsive and communicate very well with repair issues. I like flexibility in being able to move - Ill be seeking out Camden properties, going forward.

I love my new home! The process was easy and smooth even with the restrictions in place because of COVID. The whole leasing office is great and helpful. They never have a problem with addressing questions or concerns you may have. Everyone in the office is friendly. Anne was GREAT. She is sooo sweet and helpful. She made the process easy, and put me at ease. She assisted and assisted me from start to finish. Customer service and care was definitely there. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Apartment hunting can be stressful sometimes.

Gouging under the Guise of the Fair Housing Act..I lived here for the last 2 years and hearing the statement, If we do this for you we have to do it for everyone! I cringe to think that you wouldnt want to do as much for your tenants as possible!I would have given 3 stars but its not okay. If your lease agreement is to large to print then beware! The Pros:Apartment has walk in closets and/ or large closets.Maintenance staff has excellent response time.Staff is very professional and pleasant, just like the Stepford wives.5 minutes to Dulles airportParking in a free garageClub room has theater room, large kitchen, pool table and fosball tableRefreshing ice cold poolGarden patio with large grillsFitness center with separate changing facilitiesThe Cons:The green area is covered in dog poo!Trash smell thru the halls because tenants do not close door to trash shoot. Paying double for trash and not using the valet trash pick up, is a waste. The sound of football players above your apartment because of the construction. No security/ cameras and packages are stolen.Paying to use your club room for private events.Lower Level is extremely cold year round from concrete structure .Cox Cable is the complex choice in carriers for Cable and WiFi at $105 plus additional cost for boxes.Using the resident Portal is confusing and complicated.I can honestly say if you live as roommates its comfortable, but my situation changed when my daughter moved in. I started seeing all the charges and the value just wasnt there. The staff was not helpful at all, when I tried to change apartments they had no good options, it would cost excessive amounts unless I waited for the lease to end. I also had charges after vacating the premises that were more than I expected. When I spoke with the management she took $15 off the charges and threatened us with collections for the other unreasonable charges. The Camden management left a bad taste in my mouth and I am glad to be gone!

I lived at dulles station for about a year and have had a great experience all around. Our unit was very nice and spacious. It was located on the interior side of the complex and we couldnt hear any traffic or aircraft flying by with it being so close to the airport. We had our fair share of maintenance requests and theyve always been pretty responsive and done within a reasonable timeframe. The management is excellent and its always a pleasure working with them. Theyre pretty reasonable and flexible to work with. Our greatest experiences were actually during and after we moved out. If I didnt have to relocate for work, I wouldnt have moved out. They worked with us on our move out date since we couldnt be there in person. Also, they helped me out as a former resident when I delivered a package to my old unit there.Shout out to Gary over there. He was always present when I passed by the office with questions or to rent an amenity. Hes a great guy and always pleasant to speak with. Thanks Camden Dulles Station and thank you Gary!

My experience at Camden Dulles Station has been nothing but positive since I moved in in July. The office staff and maintenance team have been exceptional in both demeanor and timeliness. The community has been so welcoming and my roommates and I appreciate the environment thats been created for us to come home to each and every day. The best part of all is the quality of my 3 bedroom apartment. The rooms are huge, the bathrooms luxurious, and all of the appliances are top notch. We are so grateful to be living in this wonderful community and appreciate the people that keep it up and running. I have already recommended my brother to move in once his lease is up and have been spreading the positive nature of this facility to all of my co-workers. I hope others are currently and will continue to enjoy living here as much as I do.

My husband and I left the southwest in mid-March, after having spent one year out there, and drove cross country back home to be with family and friends. We needed a temporary place to call home for one year. The reason we chose Camden had everything to do with Anne Stone, Leasing Consultant, as well as the Dulles Station complex. After having looked at and considered high rise condos in the Reston Town Center, I found Camden Dulles Station and Anne. She is informed, open, friendly, professional, and above all sincere. She took me on a tour, answered all of our questions as they came up from across the country, in a timely manner, and followed up with us about every aspect involved in the process. We are at this minute sitting out on our balcony with our coffee, thinking how lovely it is. The apartment is just what we need for the next year, and the response from maintenance for our few questions has been immediate and so pleasant! Hopefully, society will get back on track soon.

When it comes to apartment living Camden Dulles Station is the absolute best. I have moved all over the country, and rented countless apartments in my time and I have been blown away by the overwhelming professionalism, courtesy, and excellent customer service I have experienced here. My original viewing was with Christine, who took her time to get to know me and what I really wanted, all the while pregnant and riding on a scooter because she had broken her ankle. She was warm and welcoming despite her situation and found the perfect apartment for me. Next was my interactions with Shannon the manager. She is knowledgeable and runs a great group of people. If you email her she gets right back to you offering to help, and I always saw her all over the community cleaning or doing something helpful. She’s reachable, approachable, personable, and you can tell she really cares about the staff and residents. It’s very clear why she has the complete respect of her team with as much as she does. Lastly, maintenance is AMAZING! They are super fast, friendly, and seem to really care about making people happy, not just doing a job. They take time to chat when they work on items and appear to enjoy it. I was so sad when my inevitable transfer papers came in again and I had to leave this place. This said, like clockwork, this process was also made super easy. I did a cleaning option to make moving easier, I got an email with a checklist of things to remember at move out which was super helpful, and I received notice of my closed account shortly after moving. I’m sad to have left such a great place to live, and wanted to share with others what makes Camden Dulles Station so special!

We helped a family member move out recently. They were told that they would be responsible to clean and repaint any and all marks on the walls and REPAINT those said marks! Ive never heard of any apartment management company require tenants to do this! They also opted to use the cleaning company RECOMMENDED by the management company. They were told that they didnt do a good enough job regarding the painting over of the few (cleaned) scuffs on the wall and they were also told that the touch up painting was too obvious. So they were charged an extra $200 to repaint the entire apartment and another extra charge for cleaning the grout in the showers! What apartment management company doesnt repaint as standard procedure before a new tenant moves in? Why ask a current tenant to clean the walls and do touch up painting?Beware. Things are great when you move in, but not so much when you move out.Again,

We chose this place for the privacy and convinence of a parking garage. However, it has been 2 weeks since the garage door broke and the team simply leaves the garage door wide open 24/7 instead of fixing it on a timely basis. Some residents got their car tires stolen from this and I can only imagine worse to come. Would recommend looking elsewhere to live if you are interested in the garage.Edit: garage door has been working ever since with no outages. Much appreciated

We moved to the Camden Dulles Station in August. We really like the place. Is it perfect? No, but there are people in the leasing office willing to listen and help to make it perfect for you.Pro: Very quiet. All the people are very reserved and friendly. The gym is not huge, but it is bigger than a lot of other places and it has a little bit of everything. Covered parking is free (which is kind of unique.) Maintenance people are awesome, friendly, fast, and professional. The neighborhood is gorgeous, plenty of trails and ponds; perfect for walks, running by yourself or with a dog. 5 minutes from the airport.Cons: there is only one restaurant outside the building, but there is a huge street mall with lots of restaurants at less than a mile. If you live close to the pool (like me) is beautiful, but noisy.

From the polite and accommodating staff, to the efficient and personable maintenance guys, to the well kept grounds, nice pool, convenient grills, and large party room it has everything I need and more. On top of this, the place is always upgrading something for you. Just this week they did upgrades to the gym with new equipment and stuff that residents had asked for. They obviously listen to what we want and try to make it happen. I have never had a bad interaction with anyone and it’s obvious that everyone that works here loves working here which is rare to see. My boyfriend has lived at the Camden for a few years and loves it! Needless to say I am also there a lot and have witnessed the the staff going above and beyond on multiple occasion. Because I knew he wouldnt, I thought I should be his voice to say how awesome the community is. Every single staff member is friendly, welcoming, helpful, and caring. Every time I have seen the staff they seem to know everyones name! The maintenance team is the best I have ever seen, and significantly better than where I live. George is the one we see most and he is always great. The pool might be my favorite part of the community. Its inside a courtyard area so it feels secluded and spa like. We never hear his neighbors, or much of anything really, and the area feels really safe. I love that the parking is covered and has a gate. I have enjoyed it so much we are thinking about moving into a bigger apartment together at Camden once my lease is up.

I lived in Camden Dulles Station for about a year until I had to move out of state. I ended up transferring to another Camden in Colorado. The staff at Dulles Station made the, what should have been stressful transition, seamless. They did not throw unexpected fees at me and walked me through the whole process. While living there the maintenance team was always fast and sufficient. The office staff is always friendly as well! They do food trucks and resident events to keep people connect which is nice in a larger community. The inside hallways are extremely nice to have during winter time and the zen garden and grill areas are really relaxing! I would highly recommend this Camden. The pictures of the inside of the apartments honestly do not do them justice. We lived on first floor and had extremely high ceilings, a lifted balcony, dark hardwood floors, updated appliances, backsplash, the whole nine yards. They are amazing. SUPER attentive and quick to get to your requests. You dont have to follow up with them because they havent reached out regarding a repair. I have never had to wait more than a couple of hours for anything to be fixed, EVEN LATE NIGHTS. If thats something you are struggling with at your current complex, you dont have to worry. The site is always kept very clean. Its a very safe area in my experience. Ive had no issues. Its also a great place for kids. I moved to Camden Dulles Station last year and have loved every second of it! From our first tour to signing the documents, I knew this was where I wanted to live. I moved into one of the largest 3 bedroom floor-plans which is a generous 1500+ square feet - the size of the apartments is one of the main factors that attracted us to the community when we were looking to move to Herndon. Our unit looks out into one of the internal courtyards and is located close to the parking deck which made moving in extremely easy. The community offers everything you need! A 24 hour gym, a business center with free printing (very very useful!), an awesome resident lounge with a state of the art movie theatre which can be used for any private events for a small rental amount, in addition to an awesome pool. I am really looking forward to the new metro station opening in the future which will be literal steps from my front door. Dulles Station also collaborates with the neighborhood association which means we get differing styles of food trucks up to several times a week which means dinner is always easy, convenient and delicious! What sets Camden apart is truly the staff. Shannon, the property manager leads an amazing team of both office and maintenance folks who all pitch in to make Dulles Station run smoothly every single day. The entire maintenance team is very thorough and helpful in answering any questions we have had about our unit, and the leasing office has been flawless in assisting with any questions regarding the community and the apartment.Everything you need is within about 10 minutes of the property and the proximately to Dulles Airport couldnt be better for when you need to travel anywhere. If youre looking to move to the Herndon area, make sure Camden is on the top of your list to check out.

After decades of apartment living, I would say Camden stands head and shoulders above any property in its competitive range. I couldnt be happier. Im now at my sixth Camden apartment since 2007, all in Northern Virginia at three different locations. I have rented everything from a cozy, functional studio to a phenomenal three bedroom penthouse overlooking the Potomac River, D.C. monuments, Reagan National Airport, and the National Harbor area. I currently rent a virtually new spectacular 1+ bedroom with a 10 ceiling, massive windows that light up my day, and a huge sunken wrap-around patio. Camdens emphasis on tenant retention makes every aspect of renting more enjoyable - from the consistently professional, friendly staff to the prompt and helpful maintenance crew. Both the office and maintenance staff have even gone out of their way on occasion to help me with some heavy lifting of items I needed moved or delivered. The amenities have also been off the chart, especially the movie rooms, spacious recreation lounges, pools, and exercise facilities. I plan on enjoying my current apartment for a long time as a new metro station will be built across from our garage. If I do move at some point, another Camden apartment complex will be my first choice.

Avoid this place. They do not have your best interests in mind. They do not care about your safety & welfare. They only care about your money and will stoop to any level to extort money from you. Maureen is rude and snippy and although the manager, Shannon was not rude, she has shown that your money is far more important than your safety.Too bad your residents best interests doesnt include their safety. The situation could have easily been far worse had my daughter remained there. Perhaps you should revisit your policy of rules are rules and one size fits all because there are situations that may have extenuating circumstances, especially when those situations may involve personal health and safety.

If I had to describe Camden Dulles Station Apartments the best description that I could give is Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. While living there things were pretty decent, minus the crowded garage. However, things changed dramatically once we informed the leasing office that we wouldnt be renewing our lease. Camden offers a cleaning program to all of the residents. We initially declined, due to the condition of our apartment we felt that we could clean it ourselves. The leasing office proceeded to send several emails informing us of the potential fees that we would incur if we decided to clean ourselves. So basically we were bullied into signing up for the program. Our lease was up on September 1st, however we vacated the premises 3 weeks prior, to move into our home. We were informed that turning in our keys on this date would lead to additional fines because it would be considered breaking the lease. Regardless of the fact that we had paid up through the remainder of the lease. To avoid the additional hassle we kept the keys. During the preliminary walkthrough, the maintenance technicisn told us that he didnt see any issues with the apartment and that our unit was slated for renovation. He also stated that, inspecting the appliances and everything was pointless because theyre going to be thrown out. Fast forward to September 1st, were hit with a final water bill of $50. Keep in mind we moved out 3 weeks prior. When I brought this up to the leasing office, we were told that the bill isnt due to usage but rather a split between all of the residents. (Please keep this in mind if youre considering moving here because they will not tell you this upon move in). So we paid the remaining balance and turned in our keys. To our surprise, we received another bill on the 6th. The fees on the bill were for an another WATER BILL and cleaning of a stain on the carpet and two of trays on the stove. The leasing office simply talked in circles and couldnt give me a logical explanation for the addirional cleaning expenses. So what was the purpose of paying the $175?!!!!!! They also stated that the cleaning of the trays didnt leave it salvageable but isnt that considered normal wear and tear? This has been the WORST move ever. Just know that the other reviews stating all of the BS fees are legit. Im sorry that I didnt take heed to them. Hindsight is 20 20. Do yourselves and stay away from Camden properties. They are the definition of crooks and shady practices.

Great staff! They are always responsive and helpful. Apartments are maintained well.I only have a few small problems. In building 2, they fire alarm has gone off in middle of the night about 5 times within a year; however, I do not think it is completely Camdens fault per se, usually a malfunction in the fire alarm system that Camden has been aggressively trying to solve. My second problem is that the fridge makes this loud buzzing noise a few times a week. The maintenance staff has come 3 times and they always say that it is the normal operation of the fridge. Out if the many fridges that I have been around, I never heard a fridge make that kind of noise. I have to unplug the fridge for about 10 seconds to get it to stop the buzzing sound. All in all, Camden Dulles station is a good apartment to live in.

My Fiance and I have lived in Camden for approx. 3 months now, we moved from CA. We were in a rush to find an apartment and did not thoroughly do our research from across the country. Let me start of with the Pros: we really love the area, its safe, quiet and clean. Never had a problem with parking, the garage parking is ample of space. I love the food trucks and summer music at the garden. The managers at the leasing office are always nice, Ive never had a problem with them. Now to my one big con.Con:For the past two months, our mail has been stolen and opened. Ive reported this to the leasing office. They have done nothing to investigate nor implement any changes. Two of my neighbors in the same building reported the same situation. Their boxes from Amazon were stolen, open and found some where near the trashcan. The leasing office informed me in future to notify them if any packages are coming that they can put in my apartment for me. Well, I did exactly that. I informed them a day before that I am suppose to receive a package Atomorrow and I will not be town & to please place it inside my apartment. What was the outcome? Stolen again! Surprise, surprise. Today, I bumped into the USPS mail man. He also informed me that he would find open boxes misplaced or tampered with. Our building operates using a key fob to access. Well half of the time, the door does not lock or someone props it open. So how reassured am I? Luckily, I have not ordered anything expensive. Camden also does not hold your packages for you. This has been my 3rd complaint. It has been a constant battle and very discouraging to know that that we pay a good chunk of rent to live luxury but they just shrug it off. Oh get this, they also informed me to just mail all my things to my work address?! Seriously, I cant have my mail delivered to the comfort of my own home?I propose that they provide smart mailbox lock.I hardly ever make negative post, but I want to inform any new comers - beware of your mail.

**NOT CORPORATE FRIENDLY**The apartments are nice. Get past the annoying, detached, apathetic leasing office and you will have a great time here. Just to review my experience, let me premise my review by saying that we work for a business where we WERE leasing multiple apartments at this complex because of the quality of the apartments. After continued work with the management here, it was clear that the apartments MUST be nice to make up for the terrible practices in place by the complexs management company. There are so many policies and procedures in place to make SURE that you can be stiffed for all sorts of fines and fees whenever possible. Also: make sure that youre never late for your rent or theyll file a LAWSUIT against you immediately, and say that its just standard practice. Theyll say that theyre REQUIRED to, but thats just what theyve been trained to tell you to shut you up. Ive been working with multiple apartment complexes and this is the only one who never gave us any flexibility - even given that were a corporate lease. If youre a company - STAY AWAY. There are many more reasonable complexes in the area with equally nice apartments, and much better management. We will not be re-signing any leases with this company and advise you do the same. Good luck on your apartment search!

I have lived at Camden Dulles for about 9 months. So far, I am happy with the area, quick and professional staff, online community and maintenance requests, and the apartment. Camden staff hosts events once in a while and also shares tips and news on the online community which I appreciate. Valet waste service while expensive also saves time and energy specially in cold weather. I am quite simple so dont have anything to complain however, there are only two-three things that I wish would be different but, I would live with them for now: 1) $59/Month for cable is mandatory with rent (I dont own a TV so I waste $720/Year on this), 2) Extremely poor reception for Verizon cell, 3) Covered garage fills pretty quickly so if you reach home late, good luck finding any parking. Otherwise, I am pretty happy with my Camden apartment. You get what you pay for...which is decent living experience.

When I was apartment hunting in the Herndon, VA area, Camden Dulles Station was the most responsive, most helpful and most willing to do any and everything they could to find my fiancé and I the perfect apartment. Maureen Steinfeld, assistant manager at Camden, went above and beyond for us. With impeccable customer service, she went out of her way to find us the best rate within our budget and a beautiful sized apartment! The apartments at Camden are stunning, and have the prettiest, most updated furnishings, with huge closet spaces and bathrooms! The kitchen is my happy place!! Maureen showed me not just one, but many different floor plans to ensure I found the BEST one for us. Even when I couldn’t make it in initially, she was able to accommodate a FaceTime showing for me and that was helpful in so many ways. Ms. Steinfeld has made my apartment search and move in experience hassle and stress free. I am huge on customer service and this amazing woman did everything she could to ensure we were taken care of. I highly recommend Camden Dulles Station to anyone who is seeking an apartment in the Herndon, VA area, as Maureen and her staff were the ONLY ones who went above and beyond AND were so patient with me! It’s a gorgeous area and I am so pleased to have chosen this place. Thank you again, Maureen!!! You were EXCEPTIONAL! -Adele Hamed

My husband and I have been living at Camden for 15 months and it has truly been a wonderful experience. I can honestly say it’s on my top list of places to live in Nova. If you are looking for a place that’s long term or short, Camden can accommodate your every need. We signed our lease online, while out of state and did a virtual tour – the entire process was quick and smooth. They have a wide variety of features that makes them stand out amongst other communities. I find the rent to be reasonable for the area. I love that they have ample parking as well as a secure indoor garage. The community is very safe and I feel secure when my husband travels. They also have a very nice Business center, state of the art Gym, jogging trails, Theater, pool, BBQ grills, Gazebo and Entertainment hall (which Ive used and was very pleased). We don’t have any pets, but they are very pet friendly and strive to clean up the “accidents” that do occur as quickly as possible. Units come equipped with stainless steel kitchen appliances; modern washer & dryer, valet garbage removal, and best of all - a built in wall hook up thingy’ for my iPhone and you can listen to music throughout the apt. (which I love). Grounds are always kept clean; they did a great job this past winter, when the snow hit hard. Whether you are single or married, looking for a super chic apt. that caters to the highest quality of living standard - Camden is the place. Other positive points: nearby shopping centers, quick access to Dulles toll, Technology pack, convenient online paying, Community blog, online service request and loads of activities for residents to mingle. The management team (Shannon & Katie), along with the leasing staff and maintenance crew are all very helpful and friendly; they always greet you with smile and are prompt to answer any questions or service request (The entire team takes pride in what they do).Regretfully, we are leaving due to - job relocation (sad face). I dont really have anything negative to say about the community (there was an issue with the alarm systems but they have fixed it & the inevitable happens when pets are involved, they have accidents…)Nevertheless, if you’re looking for the ultimate living experience as well as excellent management and staff. Look no further, Camden is it!

My stay at Camden Dulles Station has been lovely so far.The leasing staff are wonderful. Kevin, one of the leasing agents, gave my car a jump once when its battery died. Shannon, the manager, called on a night it was going to be especially cold, and gave me tips to keep my apartment safe. The apartment is located in a beautiful, runnable area. Arrowbrook park is close by, which has a nice Summer Concert Series. It is also close to many shops and restaurants, notably the Reston Town Center, Worldgate, and the shops at the Clock Tower.Any needed maintenance is always taken care of extremely quickly and it is easy and convenient to submit a request online if you so prefer. My roommate wanted some sealing fixed on our sinks (I didn’t even think it was an issue) and apparently the maintenance staff repaired even more than he requested – going above and beyond to make our apartment nice. The gym is lovely. I am a NASM certified personal trainer, and the gym has enough equipment to efficiently train clients of all levels. It has a squat rack, bosu balls, new treadmills… everything you could want – and they always welcome and even solicit suggestions for new equipment. They are constantly updating the gym and adding more, which I love. There is a lovely pool which is open late in the summer. It has two levels, and the running water is a nice touch as it keeps the pool looking cheery into the colder seasons. The leasing staff host little community cookouts and get togethers. The few I’ve been able to attend have been really fun!We have walnut floors, high ceilings, track lighting, and architectural arches in our apartment which make it look spacious. We have a washer and dryer (full size!) in unit, which is great. The price is reasonable (most apartments are in Herndon, as it is unfortunately a distance from the city). Soon the metro will come to this location though, making the commute into the city a bit more convenient. I anticipate that it will be nearly impossible to rent at Camden then. There are nice grills and picnic tables and courtyards to host cookouts in. There is also a movie room and a lounge.Overall, a great apartment. Five stars.

Dont ever ever live this place,. ebrything is over price. breaking the lease is a nightmare. we ended up paying $7000. i mean who can afford that.? this is a rip off place. Smoke detector keep going off and it is loud and very noisy.your force to pay trash. parking are way to far to walk specially when you have grocery and keep opening alot of doors. it is hard for having a small child and carrying grocery is a nightmare. before you sign a lease here make sure you read reviews. This is a very dirty palce., it look nice in the picture only!!. staff are horrrible.

The apartments are great, however it isnt not worth paying a premium price to live right next to the construction site. Due to the constant construction noise in my unit, the living experience isnt great. Well, this is something that I had to pay for, as I signed my lease after a virtual tour and did not check this place out in person.
