By far my favorite Auto Parts store. Ive used them a lot for parts for my vehicles. The staff is always very knowledgeable about what parts you need and Im never stuck waiting. They always help with installation of batteries and light bulbs. These employees deserve a lot of recognition for their service.

Every thing you might need for your vehicle. Some of the prices are a little high but employees are very nice and helpful.

Devin at the Hermitage, PA store was extremely helpful at explaining products and even offered to install the windshield wipers.

Tired of calling in and giving a list of items to hold for pickup and when you get there, they dont have the items ready for you. Also tired of being given the wrong parts but assured they are. Get home and sure enough, You have to turn around and go back to exchange it. Like for instance, right now Im standing in their store and the part I called into hold wasnt ready for me and then they gave me the wrong part. Im happy I caught it. A sway bar link is a far cry from a distributor cap. UGH!!!

Mike Hull went above and beyond providing excellent customer service. He made me feel like I was the most important customer he would have all day. He recommended products for me that were affordable and not the most expensive. He went in and out of the store several times in very inclement weather to help me find the proper merchandise for my vehicle, and he installed the headlamp bulb and rear window wiper blade with care and precision. He was very helpful and pleasant,and this made me feel like my husband and I will never shop anywhere except Auto Zone. Thank you Mr. Hull for your help!

The people working here have always been extremely helpful! Tonight they saved me from spending $200 on a part I didnt need! Huge thanks for not being a company that just wants to sell things to people but who actually helps look out for their customers! Ill definitely be returning here when I do need a part for my vehicle!

Stayed in car son bought transmission fluid.

This place sold me the wrong relay for my cooling fan. When I told the sales rep that it doesn’t match the old relay that I brought in store the sales rep got ignorant & said the new one was an aftermarket part....which he was wrong. The sales rep didn’t seem like he knew what he was doing at all or how too find the correct part in the computer. Make sure you know what your talking about when you go too these stores for parts because Autozone is good for selling wrong parts & the sales reps will talk a good game but have no clue what there talking about when selling you parts.

I went in to buy some supplies to clean my car. When I walked in, they were friendly and everything was fine. I went to leave and my car wouldnt start. One guy came out to try to jump it, it didnt work so he went back inside and another guy came out and told me it was the starter. He told me all I could do was keep trying it and hope for the best. I called my boyfriend who told me something just needed tapped underneath the vehicle. He called them and told him they werent going to do it because it needed to be jacked up. They offered for me to come in out of the cold only after he called them telling them I was pregnant and they needed to help me. I didnt want to come in because I kept hoping for the best like they said and I had other things I needed to do. I showed up at 7:30pm and didnt leave until 9:30pm. When a friend came, it took them literally 2 minutes to get my car started. Thanks so much for the help, AutoZone.

Decent place to get your auto parts if they dont have it they can usually get it overnight. They will change batteries and wipers for you for free. They also have a free loan tool program that comes in real handy just put a deposit down take the tool use it and get your deposit back when you bring it back. Hermitage location has friendly helpful employees.

So amazed of the service I received there today. My battery in my car was dead. After testing it the employee offered to charge it to see if it would hold a charge. After a full charge he discovered the battery post was loose and fix my issue. No charge! This is why I shop at Autozone. Friendly and helpful employees who are there for you.

Run of the mill AutoZone, only most of their experienced people have left, and their redshirt people are way under experienced... Took me 4 trips to get the right harmonic ballencer, all given to me by an experienced worker, and each time my deposit climbed, finally up to over 100 bucks... Wasted a week on something that should of taken a day at most...
