Guys were curtious and got my daughters car out in 30 minutes. They also use castrol, which everyone should know is a top brand. Go ahead and give one of those drive thru places twice the money.

I bought an all weather tire two days ago, and the tire split from the cold and I called walmart and explained to them what happened and they said they arent willing to honor this and give me a new tire without charge. Now Im paying out of pocket because they sold me a faulty tire. I took the tire to an auto shop and they said its a faulty tire and that it split from the cold. Walmart steals from people, do not buy anything from their auto center. They are theifs, and not only that. The people on the phone when I called gave me attitude as if they had any right to say anything to me but Sorry Sir. Walmart is only there to rip you off, they literally stole my money. So if you value your vehicle do not go here. They dont deserve your money.

I have been there for my last 3 oil changes. They are always courteous and fast. I will continue to bring my car here in the future.

Theyu do not answer phones in Hermitage, I have called 4 times today, no answer

Where do I start with this place. I bought snow tires off their website and I Went to get snow tires put on my car and the old ones put back in my car as they are not bad. Just to tell these people to put snow tires on my car was a 2hr wait. They never called to say my car was done. I went back down and I went to pay and the total was $524. I looked at him like what? I had to find a receipt because they had no record of me buying the tires online and didnt want to even look. I showed the guy my phone and the online receipt and you can tell he was annoyed. I have never had such bad customer support. Look at all the negative reviews. STAY AWAY!!

Called regarding tires for my camper...Was quoted a price and was assured they had 4 tires in stock...Drove 40 minutes from where we were camping to find out they only had 3 tires in stock...They told ME to call another Walmart to see if they had the 4th tire I needed in stock!..they told me it would be faster if I called...they were too busy standing around doing nothing....Very poor customer service...They did not care one bit that they made a mistake and did nothing to help us.

Your service staff in the tire department are outstanding! Nice, informative, and Friendly! I called on the phone before coming into the store, I knew what I wanted coming in! The New Castle store could use a lesson from these gentlemen! Thanks for fast friendly Service! I bought 4 tires and was out in about an hour!

Good price on tires.Terrible service.While replacing tires on a truck with tires bought at Walmart, the service department:- Broke a stud off one of wheels. Refused to tell anyone about it when picking up the vehicle, just wrote it on the receipt without pointing out or making mention. Upon arriving for a second time, the Auto Care Center said they could not repair this on site The truck had to go to a different shop to get repaired.- Added to many stacked weights on another wheel, to the point that the weights were rubbing on the calipers. Clearly audible while driving but the Auto Care Center denied this. The other shop also re balanced the wheel.Spoke with the store manager and showed him dash camera video. He refunded what the other shop charged for a new stud and re balance and received a $25 Gift Card along with many apologies.Buy your tires here and then leave.

Gets done at 7pm and they never bother calling when you asked them to call when it gets done. Left all night wondering where my car is and going through the corperate lines as they had closed for the night.I only find out its done by calling the next day not getting an answer till after 5 attempts.

Went in to get tire changed yesterday a 4 hour wait. Went back today to get done one guy was in line. I got in line when it was my turn. Guy behide counter to start to help me then some lady yelled she was already in line since 15 mins before tire dept ever open. The guy behide counter told her ok ill take you. The service at Hermitage Wal-Mart is horrible.

Selection was sub par! Service was sub par. I waited close to 20 minutes with no one at the desk, then was ignored for someone who just walked in. Going elsewhere!!! If your looking for Douglas tires with an extended wait this is your kinda place!!! Mic drop!!!

Two and a half hours and still WAITING a BASIC OIL CHANGE !!! What a joke

Service is horrible. At least a 2 hour wait for regular oil change. Man was waiting 2 1/2 hours and car was still not in bay. Unless you have all day, go somewhere else. Went to monroe and they.took me right away.

Took me 10 tries to get someone to answer phone and the gentleman was very unprofessional unbelievable

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!! They will scam you can take advantage of you! They will also break your care and say it was like that when you brought it in.

Didn’t completely drain old oil and then over filled oil.
