Service was quick , the stylist was very friendly. It wasnt the best fade Ive ever received, but it was still a good fade. Definitely a great place to take your family I would have rated it five stars but Im more of the old style barber shop type of person fades are kind of like a art form and Ive always received the best fades at barber shops. I accidentally rated it a three so I came back and revised it to a four because I was definitely happy with the service and the haircut

If I could rate a 0, I would. The stylist who did my hair was Beth. I came in for a color and I checked in online, making sure to check the box for a color and the time I selected was 4:30. There was nothing prompting me that this was too late for a color. So, I go into the salon and Beth is at the front desk and told me that they stopped coloring hair at 4. I told her I checked in online and so she acted nervous and told me to take a seat and that she would be right with me. I told her from the beginning that I wanted to go a lighter color. She then insisted on not using bleach and had me pick a color that would “cover the darker color in my hair”. After dying my hair, there is now a black ring around my head and the only thing that was dyed was my regrowth and the bottom half of my hair. After seeing that, she started panicking and offering to highlight my hair to blend the color. I let her do it (wasting an hour of my life) and the only thing she did was make the bottom and top lighter and nothing happened to the darker hair. I paid and even left a tip (because I’m a nice person) but I will NEVER go back and I will make sure to tell everybody I know you avoid these stores. I had my hair fixed by Mary at Best Cuts in Chagrin Falls, OH and she was amazing. They did this at no charge as they are a sister store to Smart Styles. STAY AWAY FROM SMART STYLES.

The staff here is very friendly, talented and professional I would highly recommend them to everyone that is in need of any hair service. I will definitely be getting my hair done here from now on. My stylist was very knowledgeable in helping me pick out the right hair care products so I can recreate the look she gave me at home. I also love the online check in. So give them a try you won’t be disappointed.

I had a wonderful experience at Smart style!I had Rebecca B ( there’s 2 of them there)She did awesome and got me in fast, did an wonderful job on the color and cut, and wax! The other employees from what I seen they were awesome too! I highly recommend them!Love my new style and I feel like a brand new person!

All the girls there are very friendly and professional. They know a lot about each of the different services they offer, and know the hair products as well. Hermitage Smart Style has an amazing new staff and offers fantastic results! I definitely recommend them!

I recently went into the Hermitage Smart Styles and I couldnt of been more satisfied with my service of a haircut, color, and highlight. Beth made me feel very welcome and was a lovely stylist! She educated me very much on the products she was using in my hair, and had a very clear knowledge of what I wanted done. Definitely a 10/10 service and would recommend her to anyone looking to get their hair done!

Beth, Doniece, and Shannon have beautiful personalities and customer service skills. They each offer amazing qualities and specialized skills in their own areas. I have been a stylist with the company since 2015 and I appreciate working with the lot of them! They do their very best to make sure you receive quality service and leave looking and feeling your best. Any review written about them here that is negative is merely a biased opinion because overall these girls are great stylists!

I took my son, 6, and my daughter, 8, as well as myself to get a haircut and the stylist there was Sandy and I couldnt have asked for a more professional stylist and the work she did not only for my son but my daughter was fantastic. I would highly recommend her if you were to go in there to get a haircut or any work done! Very happy!

DO NOT GO HERE. Horrible experience. I wanted to get a few inches taken off and some basic shaping. I showed Shannon the picture of what I wanted and she clarified the length. I couldn’t see what she was doing in the back until it was too late. I went from just past shoulder length hair to shorter than a bob before I knew what hit me. Very, very dissatisfied. I have never had worse service or a worse haircut in my entire life. I’m not sure if she made a mistake or what, but I would not go back here if you paid me to do so. Save yourself some time and cut your own hair.

If I could give it a 0 i would I do not know how they stay in service or even have as many stars as they do. I got the worst service ever lady took name and number down said would be a 30-45 minute way because she was waiting on someone to come in after she called them. So I said ok didnt get a call at a half HR or 45 mins after so walked back up to wait as seen she was still in a cut so i thought she still wasnt done with prior waited there for about 10 minutes with no knowledge to me. So I took all my kids to eat at Subway still in Walmart and no call I go back over to come an find out she took other people instead of calling me and continued to take others prior an told me I would have to wait again!!!! I didnt get her name but she is older short an short hair red in color... Very disappointed with the way they handled it knowing I had been put on the list to wait

This is the only place I go to for hair cuts, the staff is very friendly and helpful, very professional and nice, its very clean and cozy, and they do a excellent job on hair.

If I could rate this establishment as a negative zero, I would.The stylist Beth, not only cut my daughters hair lopsided with a bad bang cut. She attempted to charge me for a shampoo/condition service when in fact she did neither. She basically dry cut!! When I inquired as to why she was attempting to charge me for a service she did not complete, she lamely claimed that she was going to do it now, that that was how it was done.Seriously? Who goes into a salon, recieves a dry cut then after paying gets a shampoo??? Pure shadyness!!
