Got my DL photo here and its so much quicker than going to mercer. But Im a AAA premier member so Ive been there a few times and its always a pleasant/quick experience.

Dont even think of going to the DMV when this place exists. Staff are friendly, helpfully and efficient.

They were friendly and very happy to help with what we needed.

Very slow process...fees to process title and plates were exorbitant even as a member of AAA. ($191.00 for one truck) and ($117.00 for the second truck). My father and I were simply swapping vehicles. Took two visits both amounting to over an hour and a half. They also required a mechanic verified weights and Vin number even though the one title had been certified by a notary the day before. You ar better off sending electronically on line or mailing them.

The girl who worked here was sympathetic to my case. The two people I spoke with through the membership number were not helpful at all. When my card expired I didnt have money to renew it. When I finally paid the $85 for a year they sent me a card that expires in 10 months. They say if I want a whole year I have to cancel the membership and pay $10 more dollars. I intend to buy the roadside service from my car insurance from now on. I give AAA zero stars for service, employees, and membership.

I have been a AAA member for almost 20 years and this location has always treated me with respect and given me fast and reliable service. Go in prepared, with a good attitude and your visit will be rewarding. SOmetimes there is a small wait ... but the wait time seems to be getting better each year as the technology advances.

OK people. It probably shouldnt be five stars through no fault of the folks there. In truth it is and can be tedious. Why? Beauracracy. Rule by desks yaall. So many steps and papers to get things done with da man that procedures can slow to a crawl. Much like a turtle race I imagine! Just remember, it is not their fault. They frequently have to jump through state hoops to get things done for you. Tell them thank you, have a nice day. Ok?

Slow

I was pleasantly surprised when I stopped in for reimbursement on a bill for a locksmith service on my vehicle. My keys were in my ignition with the vehicle running and my extra keys were in my purse which was also in the vehicle. Due to the urgency of the situation I had to contact a local locksmith but he wrote me a receipt and I took it to AAA where they had a check sent to me within a few weeks.

Its unbelievable how friendly and nice the ladies are that work there. Very efficient and very knowledgeable.

Long lines and very few cashiers working during peak hours around lunch time. 15 minute wait time to checkout. Nice deli though.

Second trip there tried to get a title / registration fixed and they only seem to give me the paperwork to fix the registration I need that title fixed thank you very much

I went in for a simple title transfer and being the first one there it took almost and hour. Very inefficient. The girl was brittney and very slow. She needs to get it together or get another job. Not good for business.

Any time I have been to this location, I have never waited more than 3-4min to be waited on, everyone has always been kind, curtious, and helpful, and Im not even aI have been there at different times of the day(morning, afternoon, and close to closing time) and there has never been more than a few ppl in line. I would suggest this branch to anyone needing anything that has to do with titles, changing titles, and notary services.
