Horrible phone service, customer service working with my insurance company was trash wouldnt call them if my insurance made me ever again. Technician who finally didnt speak broken English still didnt want to help with the situation. If you needs a different option message me Ill get you to people that will help. Hope the rest if sears does under like everything else. Ill never spend another dollar at a sears or anything owned by the company those stupid craftsman tools at lowes Included.

The technician was very rude. He never introduced himself by name. When I explained to him what had happened, (had a lightning strike at my house which was later determined by my insurance company not to be a lightning strike), he looked at me and said that is covered under your homeowners insurance. Call your insurance company. I told him I had a protection plan for the opener but he still, very rudely, told me it wasnt covered. He never made an effort to even look at the opener. A second technician came outon Aug. 15 and diagnosed the problem as the logic board. I only spoke with this gentleman by phone, and he explained everything to me and was extremely courteous,unlike the first technician. Even with the protection agreement this logic board is costing me$160. I have never had an issue with any product and service agreement purchased from Sears until now. I feel that having the protection plan should cover the cost of any parts or labor associated with my door opener. Buyer beware. If you have a natural occurance at your home, and you have a protection plan from Sears, its probably not covered.

Service went exactly as I was told it would be. Very timely, courteous, professional technician. Oven works just fine now. Only took about one half hour. Will use again for appliances if needed.

I am rating Bob(the technician) who made the final repairs for our television set. He did a great job, so did Mark, the technician who came to the house first. My husband and I , both, feel 14 days was to long for the repairs to be completed when we had paid the maintenance fee upon purchase of the t.v.

Horrible experience! Repairman here 5 times since before Christmas and our Maytag microwave still not working. Five different parts have been ordered, none of them work and they still cant get it fixed. We paid for a 5 year warranty and it doesnt expire until August of 2017. They left yesterday and we are totally up in the air as to what they are going to do. At this point, I feel a replacement should be installed! And a word to anyone reading this....warranties are a complete waste of money!!!

The gentleman who came out to repair a leak that I thought was coming from my furnace was quick, efficient, and did an overall excellent job. Sears is definitely the first on my list the next time I need repair work.

The first tech that came out to diagnose the problem was a bit rude to my mother in law, but the second tech doing the work she said was great. The diagnosis cost was slightly high, but the work was good

I called to have my riding lawn mower repaired. I told them the bearing was out on the shaft on the deck and the belt was broken. Had to wait 2 weeks for the technician to come. When he got here, he replaced the belt and advised me that he didnt have the shaft for the deck. After watching him mow in a circle in my yard, he was told that it wasnt cutting properly. He had to be shown that the shaft was grinding. He then stated hed have to order the parts and we could put them on or have to wait til after the 4th of July! If they were told what was needed, why wouldnt they bring that part with them??? Not happy at all!!!!
