I dont owe anyone anything, am Not delinquent on Any bill, yet these yayhoos are in serious danger of at least a 10,000 dollar fine for repeatedly calling me since September, leaving no message and not identifying themselves.Serious crook and crooked business happening here.

They are rude. They started a garnishment because I could not pay them I am making just over $12 an hour and supporting 4 people on that income.which forced me to file a bankruptcy. This pissed them off because that have to refund a payment to me. When I called them last month about the refund. They said you will get your refund we just cant say when because you never paid us regularly/or at all a month later the check must have got lost in the mail when I had to have my lawyer contact them because when I called they refused to talk to me. I will be contacting the better business bureau this week.

Staff refuses to give you a print out of your account ledger. You are asked to give them money with interest and they will not explain a break down of costs. They will only give you a paper saying you have paid once the account is closed. Feels like a scam. They definitely make their cut off your money. I would have an attitude if I had to deal with what those girls do everyday also, but learn the difference in someone genuinely trying to understand their bill as well as pay it off. Blindly paying a bill told to you over the phone is not right. Customers should be allowed to see a breakdown of their balance and what theyve paid. Time for new management?

They are very rude. Ive had to deal with these guys for the past 2 years. They will not work with you at all. When I said I could make 80$ payments a month. They refused to accept that amount.

I just paid my bill from them, Amanda was thorough and very sweet. I expressed my concerns about their IVR system (Interactive voice response) for their hold period and it disconnecting calls before someone answers and she grabbed the details she needed to pass along to her supervisor.To the people saying they are rude and obnoxious...that is their job! They annoy the crap out of you until you pay. Its the SAME for ANY collection agency. They all want the same end result! Get over it and pay your bill :-P

Meh, collection companies suck but eh, thats their job. HOWEVER. I have repeatedly told them. It tol call between certain times, because Im in a different time zone- and they refuse to listen. Glad my bill is paid up- I hope nothing else ever goes to them.

Mail these people certified documents from the Federal Trade Commission. CERTIFIED DOCUMENTS and they lose them, they want you to send more, so I sent all 40 pages of documents Ill pay for it sure, lets get this cleared up. happy to work with them. Yet they lose the paperwork want it sent again.. frustrating!

30$ in interest from 11 years, from a parking ticket just found out, asked if we could knock off interest they stated only when you have 50$ in interest so I asked her if I wait 10 years I can save 5$? She stated no then they wont negotiate cause I refused to pay..

They r very rude and ignorant. They act like you have the money in the world and dont have a family to support. Im a single mom with two kids and they expect me to give them $300 a month. I bearly make that much!

Very very rude! They were rude over the phone and then hung up on my husband while asking about our account.
