These guys are aces! Their customer service is that which you just dont see anymore. They ask questions, look over where youre at and how to get you the best service possible and its reasonable pricing. Highly recommend them. Were on the edge of Hermiston- the tween zone, and have gotten the run around from other carriers. Mach Media/ net nerds were happy to help and made us feel important!

I went in looking for a simple power cord for my printer. The woman behind the counter, Nicole, promptly found one, only to discover my printer was broken. Since the store is apparently undergoing renovations soon, she warned me against putting it in for repair until after the renovations are done, but printed my documents for me. I will be coming back to repair my labtop and tower computer as soon as its opened again. Thank you Nicole!!

Edit: Brenda contacted me today and explained to me that she took over as manager in August, and shortly afterwards the senior tech was fired, mainly due to his misogynist views. She also had to let another tech go as well. She also reviewed the repair notes and discovered that he (senior tech) left very sparse notes about what he did. Brenda was willing to make the situation right, but due to do our locations, that is no longer an option.I bought my wife computer parts so she could build her own computer, she ran into a few issues and ended up taking the system into this shop. They fixed the problems but also stole 2 120mm fans that she provided and asked to be installed, and they also lied to her about a piece of hardware that was in their words bent.She mailed me the whole system, and the supposed bent drive which was not damaged at all. I am fairly certain at this point they saw a women who professed to not have much knowledge of computers, and decided that she would be an easy mark, so they fixed the major issue, then told her that the fans were installed (she never checked) and that the drive was damaged. They also installed software that she did not ask for and then pretended that they did not understand what she had asked them to do.This was in June of 2020, I just now discovered exactly what happened, as she was using the system and is now in the process of moving so sent it to me to clean/store and do general housekeeping on.

Beware of this business. If you arent knowledgeable about computers, this place will take advantage of you. Had bad experience with them trying to way overcharge for old used monitors they had laying around; probably that they received for free due to their age (i.e. 2008). When I tried to negotiate with them on the price, the owners reaction was rude, and less than I would expect from a business owner that is supposed to be a professional. He told me to go elsewhere, so I took my business to a competitor. I guess they dont understand that a large percentage of business is word of mouth. Also, In the short amount of time that I was there they also broke PCI compliance regulations by taking a customers account and payment information over a loud speakerphone for all to hear. You can test your luck if you want, just be forewarned.

I had an SD card with hundreds of photos on it that decided to make those photos disappear. I took the SD card to M2 Netnerds and C.J. saved the day. He was able to recover the photos. While I was there I told him of an error message I was getting on my laptop. I left the laptop with him to do what needed to be done. All work was handled in a professional and friendly manner. He kept me informed of progress on my items. The rates he quoted me were the same as final bill. I got my items back in a timely manner. I wouldnt take my computer problems to anyone else. Highly recommend.
