Very unhelpful employees. Makes you feel too uncomfortable to ask them for help due to their rude demeanor and when you do, you instantly regret it. They sure know how to make you feel small and unwelcome.

They post office worker who delivers my mail is TERRIBLE. Never does her job right always doesn’t communicate doesn’t drop off my mail correctly. Worst experience, terrible employees so rude & inconsiderate. If you dislike your job so much leave!!!

Lazy! I understand they’re trying to get home but don’t close 10 minutes before closing time. Some of us have responsibilities that hold us late. Needed to renew my passport and had all documents ready including application field out. Didn’t get the opportunity to complete it since they closed their office early.

Worst possible place to deal with and dont expect complaints to go anywhere. Husband wife team cover for each other so dont waste your time if they lose your packages. Nothing will be done and going in is no help they take numbers and never call back.

Horrible service! DONT MAIL WITH THEM! OFFICE OF NO! Offers no tape or other items for shipping free of charge. They require you purchase everything even if you just need one piece of tape not an entire roll. They dont have their correct hours of operation listed on their online presence. They are open 8:30am-4:30pm M-F (Monday may have different hours of operation). In a town with only 1 post office it makes shipping or picking up items very limited. If you work 7am-5pm or any variation of that youll never be able to visit them during those hours. With Hereford growing they should stay open and operate like other offices in larger towns. When they are open they do everything in their power to make your experience visiting long and difficult. With them being the only option in town they should do better to keep commerce in Hereford. Not force our local people make a trip to neighboring towns for a better experience. They allow lines to get horribly long before actually addressing their customers. Then they tell you how you have incorrectly packaged your items. Following up with how much more on top of shipping they want to charge you. The mentality of the office isnt to be helpful and make your experience enjoyable they respond with no instead of offering alternative solutions. Drive to Canyon or Amarillo to ship your items. It will be a far better experience and your items will arrive more quickly!

Wasnt happy that when my wedding dress I ordered on line was just left on my porch instead if leaving me a note saying I have a package at the post office someone could of takin it any big package I think should be signed for and given to in person if not home take back to office not left outside on porch

I never heard of a post office opening at noon on a Monday..
