I called WT services on July 14th around 6:30 pm due loss of my tv signal. The customer service representative took my information about the loss of tv service and phone number. Within about 5 minutes I received a phone from Jorge the service technician he stated he would be out within 5 minutes. Upon arrival he ask where internet terminal was located. He not only located and rebooted immediately he showed me how to reset the box if it happened again. He then proceeded to check all my channels to insure proper operation of system. I just wanted to thank all the staff at WT services and especially Jorge. I wish other companies would take customer service as seriously as y’all. Thanks Donald Vaughan
Customer service is very good. If theres an issue they are very quick to ffrfespond and get the issue resolved. Much better then working with those giant companies, WT is personal and friendly

Ordered service and waited 2 weeks. They finally arrived and told me it was going to be more trenching than they thought and it would be another week. I decided not to go through with getting service. I had paid $100 up front. Now Im struggling to get my money back. Every time I call the person I need to talk to is at lunch and they will call me back. Ive even went to the office and the same answer. These people are either really confused by their jobs or just thieves. Stay away from this service.

WT service advertises speeds in Megabytes per seconds(MBps) but sets speed limits in megabits per seconds (mbps) (1 byte= 8 bits) resulting in customers only getting 1/8th the advertised speed. Hopefully they correct this mistake in the future. I have 10 MBps internet and it is limited to 10 mbps which is way slower then it should be.(10 MBps=80 mbps)(1.2MBps=10mbps)
