I dont know where to begin explaining how efficient, inviting, friendly, smart Hyperlogik Computers is. I needed to update my MS subscription and the update happened then and there. I had inquired about a printer, and ended up purchasing a very nice reliable printer that date, for a very fair price I also had it installed. Im not too super with installing anything! Not only did the tech install my printer, but he prepared my home to go wireless!! Hyperlogik is privately owned, and so therefore by shopping there you will not be supporting a conglomerate. Youll be provided that extra mile. If you have a question, you can actually text the owner and hell text you back! Dont go to a Best Buy for your computer needs.

Had one of my older mac book laptop battery replacement which took a month. When I called them they ordered the wrong battery thats why it took almost a month. They could have called me regarding the delay but did not. Very poor customer service. If I was not too busy I could have done it myself. Replacing a battery is no rocket science which requires unscrewing several screws. You can also go to YouTube and watch how it is done. Ive replace a few pc laptop batteries and hard drives using Amazon parts I ordered online.

Super friendly staff that repaired my laptop quickly at a reasonable price. Highly recommended!

I got a new battery for my iPhone 6S for the same price as at the Apple store ($29), but here it was ready in 30 minutes instead of the 2-3 week it would’ve taken at the Apple Store. The waiting room could use some reading material though.
