Our house was involved in a tornado, and Chris has been helping us coordinate everything since day one. In our immediate needs of having electricity restored, he had an electrician at my house in the midst of disaster recovery within hours. We are still working on my claim, but they have already been a huge help in coordinating with our homeowners claim by offering tips on how to get our claim handled effectively. Scott and his team were remarkable. Scott was so considerate and patient working with my mother. They were always there when they said they would be, and they were respectful of my mothers possessions and feelings. Scott also helped us work with the insurance company. Scott made this experience much easier. My sister and I were so grateful for all his help!

My 90 year old mothers washer machine flooded and Scott from ServiceMaster was there within hours and calmed her down and literally held her hand. He was amazing and seemed to care so much for her and wanted to reassure her it would all be all right.He has been so good to keep a workable schedule and has kept great communication with us.We couldnt have been happier with him! Also the workers were wonderful,they all showed much compassion and patience with my mother. They took the time to make sure everything they had touched was put back just the way it was before flood.

The work performed by Service Master completely restored the bathroom tile, bedroom base board, and basement drywall to better than original condition. They thoroughly dried all areas completely before any restoration work began. If the humidity level in the outside air had been more cooperative, the sanding of the drywall in the garage would have completed much sooner.

Let me start by saying you are dealing with a great team! Jordan and Freddy have truly been spectacular. We were dealing with a very sensitive plumbing issue. We had servicemaster come do remediation in march when our house flooded. they threw away things that were not touched by flood water so our insurance isn’t covering replacements. i have tried to reach out to chris allen and have not had any response to help resolve the issue.
