Adam Bell and Sublime Computer Services have been doing my all my networking and IT work for the past 2 years. They respond very quickly to all my needs and I feel confident in all of their technicians. We are a very tech-driven optometry office with nearly 20 workstations and several pieces of specialized equipment - they add new devices and workstations, manage all our security and backup, give me regular reports on the status of all our equipment, coordinate with vendors for some of our specialized instruments. They monitor our server constantly and have contacted me on the weekends when it was down and I didnt even know. It is very rare that our server or office software is down, but when it occurs they treat it as the biggest emergency there is in the tech world knowing we cant do business without those things.
