Scheduling was easy and Lee was helpful on phone. Knowledgeable about all things fireplace related. Did not feel pressured to buy unnecessary cleaning but will definately use them once that time comes; best rates around.

I mistakenly put 3 stars! We are getting our fire place cleaned tomorrow so l will write a review afterwards.And here is my review. The two gentlemen who came to do our chimney cleaning were fast, friendly, professional, and extremely respectful of our property. They cleaned and inspected the chimney and actually explained to me what was going on in the chimney. We are preparing to put natural gas logs in for a better heat source. They took the time to talk about the process and how to make the system fool proof. Thanks chimney solutions and more!!!

I had two chimneys cleaned on two different homes. These guys were extremely nice, fair, hard working and punctual. They did a great job. Their moto is Sootifaction Guaranteed. I was very sootified.

Bob was friendly, professional and efficient. My inspection required no repairs but I will absolutely call him if I need any.
