This company is not customer oriented. I had an estimate done and did the necessary paperwork after a phone call to the representative to send it. I paid the deposit requested.. And waited and waited for the person to call me to schedule the work. And I waited.After 2 weeks, I called and then they lied to me and told me they had try to call me the day before. They had not. They said they texted me as well, which they did not.{i use a cell phone}. Now they dont want to come till the end of October. They have our money, but we dont have anything done.. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Do not buy this service, it does not seal your concrete like they advertise.I work in the construction field and as most of you know we have a lot of red clay in this area, so when i get home i have this clay on my boots, i was told that all i needed to do was spray with a garden hose and it would come off. Not so it still has a the ring and color in the cement. They told me that the process would seal the concrete that is not what is happening on my drive way and walk walkway after spend $2800. Not happy at all.

On 12/06/19 I was given an estimate for concrete sealing at my home in Knoxville. Because Ever Seals method bleached the color from my driveway, the entire job could not be completed. I am due a refund of part of my my 50% deposit as only 31% of the job was done. I have repeatedly left messages with the person who answered the phone asking to have Steve Nelson return my call. So far,(about 4 months) I havent gotten a call! I have also left messages twice on Steves phone and gotten no response. Next step, I guess, is filing complaints with the state and BBB.I waited for a return phone call. It never came.NO MENTION WAS EVER MADE ABOUT ANY MINIMUM. If it had been I would have refused the service. I did have the service completed at the suggestion of the guys who came to do the service!!!DO NOT EVER GIVE THIS COMPANY THIS LARGE OF A DEPOSIT AS YOU WILL NOT SEE A REFUND IF YOU DONT HAVE PART OF THE WORK COMPLETED AT THE SUGGESTION OF COMPANY REPRESENTATIVES!!The claim that I received a call back is an absolute LIE. I made sure my phone was with me, volume all the way up for a couple days. There was no record in the call log in my phone.In addition there was no mention of any minimum when the sales person was at my house or I would not have risked it. Why would I agree to such a large deposit when he told me that there was a good chance that the largest part of my job could not be completed?

Ive seen this product at work and the way this company operates and I cant say enough great things about both. Im impressed with the product, but even more impressed with the organization. They dont cut corners ANYWHERE, are incredibly friendly and they do what they say, when they say they will do it!

Im very satisfied with the outcome of this company. Very nice people and they gave me a reasonable quote. The after affect looks very nice my cabin looks like it did when we first built it and you can hear the difference in the wood. Ill post more after the years go on.

Very nice business that allows you to not haft to worry about your deck falling apart anymore. I had them to my deck a year ago and it sounds like a brick when knocking on it now. The boards that used to flex when I stepped on them no longer flex and after staining my deck I had a lot left over. I would most definitely recommend to anyone that doesnt like rebuilding parts of there deck.
