I cant brag enough about the quality and family feel of Hendersonville Collision. After the worst wreck of my life and a really rough week, these folks made me feel at home and made the process so much smoother than the big box collision centers were doing. Even something as simple as making time for my estimate ASAP as opposed to waiting 2-4 weeks like the others was a huge win. Really appreciate this place

They worked with me and my schedule to get my car repaired and did a great job. My front bumper and headlight look brand new. Communication was a little rough at times but in the end it was figured out. Do check before you leave though and make sure your tail lights are on, they turn them off during repairs and dont turn them back on.

The work performed was excellent in every aspect. There was a strong emphasis on customer service and satisfaction. They worked well with our insurer to lessen any inconveniences to us. All questions were resolved in favor of the customer.

This is the worst place to take your vehicle! All they want is the money from your insurance copy, which they will raise the price for their pockets! When I took my vehicle in, they kept my vehicle for 6 weeks and didnt finished it. I ask for this Company to finish the repairs, and both Adams, and Ashley, who work there kept lying to me saying if the insurance Company want open a new order for your, they will.For 5 months Ive called them and ask (when can I bring my vehicle in) they just kept saying hold on we promise we will get you in. I finally told them dont worry about, and that I will NEVER take my vehicle there again!

Rivergate Body Shop fixed my Toyota 4Runner after my step-son wrecked it. Was borderline fix it or just sell it as is. After an estimate and review from Rivergate that it was fixable and worth the time and effort (it would have been hard to replace it for the price of their repair), went with them. They had it fixed before their estimated repair date and was right on target with their price. Repair was 12 plus months ago and as of this date, vehicle is still going strong with absolutely no issues. I chose them after reading all the excellent reviews on Google. Would highly recommend them for all vehicle body repairs.

These guys are awesome!! Someone hit my car and dented the back bumper and I was really torn up about it. I was searching for body shops in the area and saw that this one had a lot of great reviews. I took my car there and they were all very nice and took care of everything. They got all the work done in just two days when I thought it was going to take longer! What a great experience!! Had a small fender bender in a friends car and these fine folks made the process as painless as could be. Don and Cindy were a pleasure to meet. They gave me a very quick estimate and the price was much cheaper than I expected. They fixed my car in 3 days and has it looking like it was never wrecked. I backed into something and caved in the rear bumper on my Pathfinder. They fixed it quickly and it looks good as new! Super easy to deal with and very friendly.

My estimate was handled on the spot and when it was time to review it the owner put calls on hold and made me the priority while he explained the estimate to me. On the day of repair, I was treated like an old friend as I conversed with the staff about life and current events. All while enjoying comfortable chairs and fresh coffee. My claim was for a work vehicle, but they now have a customer for life in me! I will recommend them to everyone and the company that I work for now has them on the books for us to bring our vehicles back for regular maintenance as well! Top notch business for sure!!!!!

Outstanding overall experience--was referred here by Sr. firefighter at work who I trust to know *THE place to go* for any local good/service and was not let down--Obviously if you are in need of a collision center youre probably not in the best of moods about it since, well, your car is messed up... I was definitely not happy that my car had front and rear bumpers scraped to heck by a towing company that was supposed to be rescuing it following a tire blow-out but very pleased when I got my car back all repaired and shiny... super appreciative of their attention to detail, professionalism, service and communication. Office was very clean, staff friendly, convenient hours... great experience here, highly recommend :)

My experience here with my car was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. My car has a rebuilt title, so it was kind of hard finding a body shop that repair rebuilt title cars. I was told to come here they took my car with no problem, not to mention the LOVELY secretaries, who are beyond helpful and welcoming when youre setting and waiting on paper work. My car looks GREAT, and the entire experience, dealings with the team overall were IMPECCABLE!!!

The folks at Hendersonville Collision are super helpful, honest, and do amazing work! My brand new GTI was hit by an uninsured driver and at the time I didnt have coverage (long story), however Carl and others made me feel welcome and taken care of. They were flexible with me and my needs since I was paying out of pocket and they had all the work done by the time they originally estimated and the car looked like new again. I feel so appreciative of these guys and highly recommend them!

I recently hit a deer and sustained a lot of damage to my car. I asked a Mechanic friend of mine where to take it and Rivergate Body Shop was recommended. So glad I went there. I wish I can leave less than one star. They fixed my car and then returned it with something new not working. My air vents were perfectly fine upon dropping my car off with them. When I picked it up, they are no longer in working condition. They then tried to tell me that it was pure coincidence that the car was returned like that. They are refusing to take responsibility and fix the issue!

DO NOT COME HERE. looks like a very professional place but it most certainly is not. Had to take my vehicle back 4 times to fix problems. Had to take my vehicle to another place to fix a problem they created. Im still having problems on my vehicle due to their incompetence and inability to do a decent job and cut corners. My wife took her vehicle here also at same time as mine. Told her to not wash vehicle for one month due to the new clear coat applied. A month passes she washed it and clear coat started coming off. Instead of fixing it they changed their story and told her they said 6 months not one month and refused to fix their mistake. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. Following is edited to reply to their remarks below. Of course it is such a coincidence you do not remember my business with you. You only hung up on me when i had to keep calling you over and over and over to get you to fix your mistakes to my vehicle. Do i really need to go into more details on this review? Is that really necessary? I will gladly if need be. I wish i voice recorded your manager i believe his name was rick i dont remember, lying to my face and my wifes face saying that he told us do not WASH your vehicle for 6 months . WE NEVER BUFFED IT OR WAXED IT AFTER ONE MONTH. DROVE IT THROUGH A TOUCH FREE CAR WASH ONLY ONCE AND CLEAR COAT STARTED COMING OFF HER HOOD WHERE YALL PAINTED IT. Worst body shop ever.. One star they made my truck drivable back to Oklahoma where the real body shops are. Never pick your vehicle up in the rain didnt see stuff till I had stopped to get gas. grill not straight , Bare spot, no paint took it back they couldnt fix the bare spot.. Of course because I got to back to OK.. It should of been fixed the first time.. They Hammered on truck over 3hrs then he says Not gonna b perfect.. Keep thinking bumper looked different .or fall off.. Paint didnt seem right.. Got it to Oklahoma took it straight to a real body shop.. Wow missing this.. that.. gray paint w sparkles!!! Truck is black! Wrong bumper!! Hood still bent!! Bare metal showing!! screws snaps missing!! list goes on when they popped the hood.. Back home did an amazing job made it beyond perfect.. Thankful so much they fixed some elses lazy cheap job. Dont belive the reviews theres noway my truck is the only one.

Hendersonville Collison did an awesome job on my Hyundai Sante Fe Sport. You cant even tell what happen to it. Everyone was so nice there and my experience was great. This company deserves a 5 star. They go above and beyond. I would recommend everyone go here to get your car fixed.

Carl and the staff at Hendersonville Collision are FANTASTIC! They were recommended to my wife and me for the repair of our Audi Q7, and Im so happy we took the advice! Upon my wifes arrival, Carl came outside to take photos of her SUV for insurance purposes and he was attentive enough to spot a gas leak on her vehicle - one that wasnt caused by the accident. Out of concern for her and our youngest child, Carl kindly insisted that she have the gas leak repaired right away, and even recommended a local repair shop to help (when my wife couldnt reach me on the phone for advice on where to take it.) Carl went out of his way the following day to check on my wifes safety and confirm that we were able to find someone to help repair the leak. After THAT problem was repaired, she took her SUV back to Hendersonville Collision where they did an excellent job repairing the door of her Q7. The paint job is flawless and the new door looks and works great. Everyone we dealt with there was professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to make certain our vehicle looked perfect and that we were satisfied. We will recommend Hendersonville Collision to everyone we know!

Since I discovered Rivergate Body Shop I will never take my car anywhere else for accident repair. With a very picky husband, it was essential to find a quality body shop to repair his bumper that was hit at his work location by a runaway trailer. I regret having my vehicle repaired here! They gave a low insurance estimate, gave false information to me, unclear on costs, and told me before I was to pick up the car. They took a long time too. I feel lied to and ripped off.

An excellent experience overall. I had debated on going to a brand name body shop to get the work done, but had a terrible experience the last time I did (no stars for you ABRA). I read the other stellar reviews for Rivergate Body Shop and decided to give them a try. From start to finish it was a painless and professional process. The repair was flawless and done ahead of the timeframe given. The insurance company I had to deal with (maybe 1 star Horace Mann) wasnt easily reached, and the staff at RBS were great handling them when I couldnt. If you need your vehicle back to new, Rivergate Body Shop is the place to go to!

Very friendly however when I received my Jetta and got it home I realized the whole back end bumper that they should have fixed is having issues with the break lights not working at all. Extremely unhappy that Im going to have to bring it all the way back up there to have them fix it under warranty. Make sure you check over repairs before leaving this shop.
