Prices are way higher than Wally World ( idk if I can legally type the companys name here but everyone should know where Im talking about). At this particular location I had to wait a good 5 minutes just to check out. Maybe because I knew what I needed and didnt need help so I wasnt at the help me Im vehicle illiterate desk. There were two employees at that desk that wouldnt even look over at me. Once I got someone to the register from the back he did a great job, was very professional, and courteous which is the only reason I gave them three stars.

Way overpriced Ill never shop there again. I know Ive said this before in my life about other things and Ive always ate my words about it all. But I see no reason why to go in there, Walmarts cheaper and Walmart is our enemy they sell stuff thatll kill you

Always great staff. Didnt have thr part I needed, so ordered it in Pronto. A little bit of a delay due to incorrectly inputting the order details, but they fixed that up as soon as it was recognized.

If you know what you need go somewhere else. They dont want to help.

Not the best auto parts to shop from but no place is the best really. if they have what you need itll probably work. Or it wont. Either way I know these guys will make it right an help you with anything you need to make it right. I once borrowed a screwdriver to adjust my headlights and couldnt get it perfect so I asked the guy if I could drive around back an shine my lights on the building so I could actually see what I was doing an he surprised me with a yeah man, thats cool go right ahead. I drove around back I fixed my light got in the truck and drove away. When I got home I realized that I had stolen his screwdriver 😬 so i quickly called up there but they were closed already. So the next few days after work Id stop by and look for him. He wasnt there an eventually I forgot about it A few months later I stopped in to get something I dont remember what now but he was there an I was like bro!! I have your screwdriver! Went to my truck got it from the tool box and returned it. Felt good to give it back

The staff were helpful to me in my hour of need. They didnt just sell me a $10 product but came out into the parking lot and helped rejuvenate my car. Service beyond what I expected.

Best staff anyone could ask for! Especially to a lady trying to learn her new [used, but new to me..]car!! I was taken care of extremely well even though once I finally made it from Evamsville, they closed in 40 mins. These are the two cars I currently own and take care of. Amazing Auto Zone staff and location..Id would make the extra drive ANY DAY to visit this store. Thank you guys!

I was on a trip back to Indiana from SC and had a flat tire in Henderson. Charles and Brice fixed the tire for me and had me back on the road within 30 minutes. On top of that, Charles wouldn’t charge me for their help. I am beyond grateful for these 2 helping me and my daughter. We were exhausted and I didn’t know what to do. They were such blessings!

In fact, when the older guy asked him to do something, he made sure to tell him that he would as soon as he finished up with me. I rate very few places 5 stars. I went here to replace a headlight I had out. I was confused as my bulb didnt look like any bulb I had ever seen. Going here I was informed that my vehicles previous owner had put in some custom power pack and ridiculously bright bulbs. I was wondering since I had owned the truck nearly 7 years and had never had to replace one. Anyway they dont stock the custom bulbs i needed but helped me pull the power packs. Find my original light plugs. And put in normal bulbs that Im able to replace myself. Awesome customer service.

Not enough employees.very inattentive 2 guys working. While I was there 6 guys and myself got irritated waiting for them to acknowledge customers, all 6 laid down merchandise and left. It was awful!

The store manager was very rude to his employees. If that was my business I would let him go. That’s uncalled for. And he thinks that he knows everything. Heard someone say cj guess that’s the store managers name. He was spraying disinfected spray on his employees. Not going back to that crappie store EVER AGAIN.

I went in for a new battery and had fantastic service even though they were very busy. The manager was certainly leading by example. They found my problem and had be back on the road in no time.

CJ, changed my battery out for me and had me back on the road in 12 minutes. Incredible customer service throughout the entire experience.

On 09/26/19 Charles Wade (Store Manager) went the extra mile. My stranded daughter was able to get her car back on the road. He went across Green Street and got her lug nuts to come off so we could put the spare on. Thank you Charles and the Henderson Team!

Great Customer ServiceI suspected I had a low battery when I arrived. The gentleman who helped me (wish I got his name) cleaned and tested my battery to confirm. There were some glitches with the register/computer as I was purchasing the new battery but he stuck with it to make sure I received the best price. He then installed the new battery and helped me troubleshoot a sensor issue. Highly recommend!

Always helpful when I go. Went for new wiper blades this morning and they even installed them for me super quick! Took them 5 minutes and would have taken me forever!

I called them to ask them how much it was to borrow a specific tool they told me $148.00 and some change upfront but I would get a FULL refund when the tool was returned they took out a fee! They even have a sign on the inside of their store that’s says “free loan-a-tool” it’s False advertising and I will not be returning! Whole store is a rip off!

Bought a new battery and they installed it for me. The guy who did it was really nice and helpful with some other GM-related topics that we discussed. The wait to be served at the counter was a little long, bc there were people in front of me. Dinged one star bc they could have had more people working to eliminate my wait.

The commercial staff at this location is more than willing to go above and beyond to get parts on time and for the best price.

I have two different auto parts store closer to my house but I always go out of the to go to Auto Zone because of their friendliness and helpfulness to me. They always go the extra mile for me.
