I love this company! I had a printer that I thought was a goner, but I decided to try getting it fixed since it was a good machine and wasn’t cheap to buy. I was hesitant to send it into the manufacturer and end up getting stuck paying a ton to fix it with them or needing to replace my machine all together if it would be too much to fix.Well, luckily I found Advanced, I gave them a call and was pleasantly surprised when Greg told me he thought could be the issue and that it would be fixable. So I decided to give it a shot, he came out the next day to assess and was dead on with what he thought it could be. He fixed the machine for me and it’s working better than ever, I couldn’t be more pleased!We decided to add a monthly service on the machine with Advanced as well so we can keep the machine working efficiently and not encounter any issues like we had again.This is an honest and reliable company, they give you great service, and they are great value. Greg responded in a timely manner and did a great job! He knew my printer quite well and explained the problem to me as well as the repair process. My printer now works great! I will definitely call him again if needed and will highly recommend him.

Gregory was very curteous and friendly, does mostly larger scale printers but was more than happy to help us out with our little all in one home printer!
