I was very pleased with my experience here. Cindy helped me find the zero turn that was right for me and took time to answer all my questions. The price on the Cub Cadet I bought was in line with prices elsewhere. George delivered it for me the next day and he stayed and made sure I knew how to operate it correctly. I really appreciated him doing that-thanks George!

My experience with H and K is somewhat indirect. I inherited an old Cub Cadet rider when my father passed. I brought it home and tried unsuccessfully to get it running. My father in-law had taken his rider to H and K for their Winter tune-up and offered to H and K to tune-up my old Cadet. This sounded great since my father in-law offered to also pay for the tune-up and I thought we would have a solid running old rider that would more than handle our needs. Well here is where it went down hill. Started in February and by April 1st we still had no mower. Finally a few days later H and K finally said they would be bringing back the mower next week.. Sounds great right, well, a few days later they called back and said the old mower has blown up. Well, H and K offered to make things right with my father in-law and offered an old rider that they had in lieu of the old Cub. A used Husqvarna YTH21K46.was brought to the house a week later and we were so excited. Now its not like we have a huge acreage to mow but it was so nice and cut down time spend in yard work we were so thrilled. But, now roughly three months later, That nice looking Husqvarna is sitting in the back yard, all the oil just runs right out of it, and it is probably irreparable. Just saying in my honest opinion that over a thousand dollars for two blown lawn mowers is a bit much to charge, and is unsatisfactory service. All we wanted was a dependable old rider and what we got didnt last one mowing season. Pass!

Big selection of mowers.

I would not do business with them again. I drove 2 hours way to purchase a used mower. The guy knew I was coming two hours away and guaranteed me everything was sound and in good running condition. The engine was new with warranty ,new bearings , spindle bolts few other small items were fairly new. Told me wheel motors and pumps were great and one had a small leak. Well small leak to them is actually a big leak and a shot hydro system. My crew went thru 3 quarts hydro oil in 10 hrs of run time and the entire system was full of metal. Yes I know it was used and as is but to tell a payineg customer from two hours away everything is good and it was one of there own out of their landscape company is shady business. Never take them for their word. Your word in business is best advertisement and selling point. They need to learn that.

This place is very unreliable when it comes to ordering parts when I ordered a carb kit I was told they would have it the next day and 3 days later still no carb kit. When I ask what the problem was I got told well we didnt think you wanted to pay the shipping. But they had no problems taking my money and not telling me that when I ordered it thinking it would be here the next day like I was told
