I am so satisfied with the results and care I recieved at secret body. I am a 42 year old mother of 4. I eat a great diet and workout 6 days a week however I could not get rid of some extra fat around my abdomen. I tried cool sculping and I am so glad I did. my results are undeniable. I look amazing. I had a wonderful all around experience with my Coolsculpting treatment from start to finish. The whole staff was very friendly, welcoming and accommodating! They really took the time to get to know my concerns and formulate a unique treatment plan for my body type. Their experience and expertise really showed as my results started coming in. Secret body completely changed my life. I have always had an issue with my weight and have tried over the years to change my eating habits and workout. I have been visiting Secret Body for several months and I started out with Coolsculpting my abdomen and have worked on other areas of my lower back, upper back, and will also do my arms and chin. I know it works because I had to take a short break and had the right side of my abdomen done, but not the other and I could literally see the right side smaller than the left. I notice my clothes fit better and Im really looking forward to focusing on problem areas that are not very responsive to exercise and diet, especially as I have gotten older. Plus, it feels like with all the extras, such as laser lipo, it is boosting my energy levels and making me feel good. The staff is so positive and nice and I just enjoy my time there. Cant say enough good things about this place. The stafff were amazing. I went in for cool sculpting on my arms fully expecting it not to work, but wanted to give it a try. If you remember the the movie 27 Dresses, well my wardrobe involved 27 shrugs to cover my arms up. I have been told the arms are the most uncomfortable place to have cool sculpting done, but I went for it. It takes up to 3 months to see the full benefits, but I started to notice them within weeks. Its been 2 months now and my husband out of the blue said I cant believe it actually worked, your arms look great. No more shrugs for me!!! Lee was the technician who worked with me and made extra efforts to make sure I got results. That was her goal. All the ladies that work there are fantastic and I thank them for their hard work and professionalism.

I love this spa. The employees are wonderful and the atmosphere is so calming. I started coolsculpting weeks ago and i do see some progress which is exciting. It’s still too early to tell how much of a difference I’ll see but you can tell the employees really know what they’re doing.

Zero to none aftercare, staff didnt seem to care when I was in real pain and discomfort and havent seen any results I was promised on the cool sculpting .EDIT: They reached out to me trying to offer replacement treatments instead of refunding me, I now have a big massive dent in my stomach also and scarring to the side of my stomach. Where to begin. I visit Las Vegas a couple times a year and decided to take the plunge and try Coolsculpting.I am a new mom and will say the weight was harder to take off than I thought being in my 30s. So after a lot of dieting, exercising, and NO result, I decided to invest in Coolsculpting.I did my research on Coolsculpting and thought about plastic surgery but with a new baby Coolsculpting seemed like a better option.My husband wanted to make sure I went somewhere that knew what they were doing and hands down Lee at Secret Body delivered. Lee was caring, non-judge mental and patient with all my questions.Ok, back to the procedure.... Plush blankets, great ambiance, relaxing music playing, did ease my nerves, the champagne and fruit infused water nice touch.The procedure itself was not as pain free as the commercials say, it hurts and is very hard to sit still for an hour , but I managed. I also did have some late on set pain that was three days of cramping.I woke up this morning looked in the mirror and loved what I saw and knew I had to give Lee a big shout out!I never thought the results could be this good. 204 pregnant to 149! I couldnt be happier!! Of course this wasnt all Coolsculpting but my pudgy belly is gone!!!All I can say is it does take three months to see results, so ladies and gentleman be patient. I plan on sending Lee a nice little gift basket she was a little angel.Coolsculpting gave me my confidence back!

I was having a procedure done when I noticed my chart on the table and there was a photo of my stomach, taken on my first day. To say I was embarrassed would be putting it mildly. I was MORTIFIED; beyond belief. My stomach actually looked like an alien from space. Seriously....It does NOT look like that today. Once Icompleted cool sculpting.I moved onto facial treatments. There are too many to list, including a facelift, but the possibilities are endless. The laser they use is pain free, with no down time, and you can have a procedure done during yourlunch break. My crows feet are gone and you can hardly see my laugh lines. My skin looks so clear.Friends and neighbors have noticed my weight loss. Some have asked if I had cosmetic surgery because they saw a difference.Today, my shorts are a size 4 and my bathing suit is a size 8. This journey has transformed me in ways I cant explain. I love this place! Jenn, Lee, and staff have the best customer service. I am always greeted the moment I walk in with smiles and happiness al the way through my visit. Jenn and Lee know a lot about skin and really care about providing what is best for each individual. They are both genuine and passionate about delivering what will work for you. I went through the Ematrix treatment due to some acne scarring and deeplines on my forehead. I have only done 2 out of the 3 treatments and can see a huge difference! I have gotten compliments on my skin and it makes me feel great :) Not only did my scars start to fade, but the treatment minimized the wrinkles, my pores, and my skin is no longer oily! Thank you ladies for what you do! It is hard to find trustworthy people in their line of work, so Im thrilled to have found them.

I called Secret Body one day after receiving a flyer in the mail, and mainly out of curiosity --wanted to see what they were all about. I found it hard to believe that noticeable results could be achieved from the procedures I read about on the flyer. I had a very nice consultation with Jen, where she discussed what could be done and the steps to get where I wanted to be .... and so my journey began. I quickly realized that every time I had a Laser Lipo session, I would lose at least 1/2 pound, and to date (3mos) have lost 2-4 inches off my waist, thighs and upper arms. Now I am on my way to transforming myself, all without any Surgeries or downtime. After the Cool Sculpting (removes fat cells) on my inner thighs, upper arms (bat wings),and the dreaded Love Handles, I am now tightening my skin using the Triactive and Accent treatments. This also includes treatments called NIR, Lumilight, and Firm that all help to keep your skin healthy. I love going to Secret Body every week and being pampered by some of the greatest girls who work there. Although I have been going to Secret Body for 3 months, and lost 12lbs ... I travel back and Forth from California to Las Vegas for work and received a Referrel to Secret Body. Ive had laser hair removal treatments performed in Orange County and I was never satisfied with my results. With in my first 2 visits I noticed amazing results with no burning. The technichians are very professional and work in a timely manner. They always steer me in the right direction on what procedures to receive and if I dont need something they dont try to upsale me.I also highly recommended the microdermabrasion and chemical pill combo and also the silk fusion to switch it up every other time. My face has been seeing great results in this dry weather, which makes me very happy.
