FACILITY : Clean and decorated very well.BIKES : Amazing bikes. The equipment is new.SHOES & TOWEL : They provide both!Fresh water available after classes.The SPINNING ROOM is big, Ac running and there is NO bad odor. Two huge TV screens and amazing instructors!!!APRIL is the best! I loved so much that I signed up!Everyone is extremely nice and welcoming 🙏

It’s a shame to have to write this because I really enjoyed the instructors and classes but unfortunately the management here is in business to rip people off. Be very careful when signing up for a membership. In the contract it clearly states that if you have a doctors note making you unfit to come to classes in that time period they will cancel your membership on the spot. After giving my 30 days notice I unfortunately got covid and was out of work for three weeks. I called them in a panic! I was sick and financially stressed and I asked them to cancel that last unused month because I have a doctors note and won’t be able to use the classes in time before they expire. This is after I had been a happy member for months and even got my boyfriend to sign up. And what did they do pressure me to pay that last month by declaring the classes won’t expire. I gave in and paid but then they continued to “accidentally” charge me the following month. It took them days to respond to me about the “mysterious” charge. Maybe they thought I wouldn’t notice. Luckily my credit card company flagged them with fraud and refunded me both months but they continue to harass me and got collections calling me every day to pay for something I didn’t use! I honestly never write reviews but I feel obligated to share this so no one else ends up in the same situation as I am. I would never trust this company with my credit card info.

I have been trying to cancel my subscription with Cyclebar for over a month. I went in person, left multiple voicemails and emails with no reply back but of course they charged my card for the month. Its so unprofessional. After reading various reviews, they clearly have a problem with cancelations which is why Ive filed a complaint with the FTC and the Better Business Bureau. I was never shown a contract, nor did I sign one so they have no right to continue charging my card.

Nice facility but they will make it hard for you to cancel (even after your year), and will continue to put charges on your credit card.

My wife and I have been going here for almost 2 months. I needed some kind of exercise with this covid going on, and this does it. The management and trainers are great. Very positive and very knowledgeable.

I went to one trial class for 10 dollars. I liked it so I called back and wanted to go again .Thats when they told me that there was a one month unlimited special for 59.99 dollars . Now I only went one time after my husband paid it. The next month they charged us 111.00 dollars . So I called and asked them why and they told me then that in order to get the unlimited special that you have to pay 111.00 for the next 2 months or pay 150.00 to cancel.. wow I could not believe it .. I never signed any thing .. now its been 3 months and we are still getting charged by this place.... Crazy .... Not cool...

I cancelled within in 30 days they charged me for two months after and basically stated nothing they can do about it. Didn’t sign a contract went month to month. Manager wasn’t helpful called multiple times, my cancellation should of even been a week prior but they didn’t process it or call me back. Long story short I will no longer continue going here. Sad because I enjoyed working out here. But I’m not paying for two months that I’m out of town with zero care to help.

Trying to cancel my month to month membership with CycleBar is a joke. I have been e-mailing them since February but they keep trying to charge my account. Horrible business practice!

Absolutely a amazing environment. Very upbeat and motivational riding with Alexa. Always great music and awesome people. I really enjoy the class. Need more locations near West Las Vegas.

I love coming to CycleBar! All of the staff is so engaging and welcoming. They help you get set up if its your first time. Shoes, water, water bottles, dry towels and cold towels after class are always included which makes my ride stress free! The best part is the class stats on the screens. I love being able to see my self improve and it always pushes me to do better.

CycleBar is a top notch facility. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Its easy to feel lost or out of place at a gym. That is not the case at CycleBar. It is well organized and not intimidating.Spin class isnt my preferred workout, but after taking Marias class I can see why it is so popular. Maria has great energy. I got a great workout and it was never boring.If you are considering trying a spin class, I highly recommend trying CycleBar.

Clean, friendly staff, water, lockers, towels and shoes provided.If you try it one time youll feel like you got hit by a bus and itll hurt to sit down. But if you keep at it after only 3-4 sessions itll actual turn into a really effective workout and youll feel great when you leave. They also give you a chilled towel with some nice soothing scent in it when you finish the class which is nice.

They don’t tell you when you buy a package at the store that your classes expire in 60 days. I have belonged to a lot of gyms, I get 6 months, but 60 days?! They really should tell you when your deciding which package to buy. I doesn’t say it on the website or app. I called to see if there was a mistake. They said ‘no wanna buy more?’ Not at that price when they expire that soon.Other then that the place is clean. I like the people and the experience. Too bad... guess it’s back to my old studio that doesn’t delete my credits.

I am only giving one star because I did enjoy the class. Unfortunately, the office staff and billing is horrendous. I was misquoted on what package I was purchasing (both in timing and in cost) and my request to have it remedied has been ignored. After no response for ten days, I was charged AGAIN. As soon as I submitted a dispute my card should have been taken off file. Do not trust them with your payment info.

Every time I attend a class I get a great workout and it is so much fun. I look forward to getting to a class as often as possible. Very clean facilities and super friendly staff. Always there to help and the cold, lemon scented towels at the end of class are awesome!!!

Ive been coming to Henderson Cyclebar since they opened and can honestly say its amazing!! Ive never had a workout where I am driven to push myself so hard every single time! The studio is beautiful, bikes are great, staff is helpful, and the instructors are top notch! Highly recommend. You wont be disappointed!

This is seriously the best cycle class I have ever taken! The technology is heads above any other cycle place I have ever seen. It was fun, kept me engaged the whole time and was a serious workout!

I keep going to the spin because of the awesome service and great instructor we have on Saturday morning. The staff make you feel welcome and the facility is always clean.

Love this place. They really make you feel at home and apart of a community! Every teacher has something unique to offer to help you with your health & wellness goals!

For someone who never took a spin class, Im now a regular. Motivating instructors, fun music, great amenities/perks, and an overall great experience. I always leave feeling amazing!

I have been to several CycleBar studios across the country. Greenville, SC location was the one where I spent the most time/enjoyed the most. This location did not seem to have the same traction as other places I have frequented. Classes often had less than 10 people, which in my opinion is a lot less fun. Other locations had themed rides, (80s Night, Men vs Women, Bikes and Brews, etc) here didnt have that. The worst part, however, is that I purchased a cyber deal for the month of December and have been continually charged for the monthly subscription. I caught it in January and the receptionist seemed really nice and explained I had to take my card information off of the online account. I was hoping to be refunded for the month since I had not used any of their services, but I reluctantly went a couple times. I explained that my work would not allow me to make classes at the times they offered. I got charged again for the month of February, but did not catch it until later. Called in and spoke to the manager who said removing my card info was not enough, I had to personally email him to cancel my subscription. I never had to do this at the Greenville location. Wasnt refunded for the month of February I did not use. I feel it is unfortunate because the receptionist said that she saw the note from the month before where I called and asked to cancel. I also explained to her I really enjoyed the instructors/facilities, and would return once work would allow. Now I wont go back.

First time cyclist and so glad I went to Cyclebar. The staff were unbelievably friendly and welcoming. They walk you through the whole process. From checking in, getting your shoes, showing you to your locker, the water and accessories (hair ties and what not:)) bar and showing you to your bike. From there, the instructor showed me how to adjust my bike, clip my shoes on the pedals and how to read the screen and adjust levels during the class. The instructor was great, she was full of energy and motivating and more importantly a killer playlist. And by the way, there was a note on my locker that read, Welcome Katrina. That kind of hospitality goes far with me. For anyone looking to try cycle, I would definitely recommend Cyclebar!

I think I might be getting hooked on cycling thanks to Cyclebar! They cover everything for you, shoes, towel, water, even hair ties if you forget it! The instructors keep it fun with awesome playlists. Throwback Thursday is my fav! Jillian, Hayley, & Maria are awesome instructors! Give it a try! First ride is free!
