They never pick up our trash. It has happened 4 times within the past few months. How hard is it to pick up our trash. Someone needs to start their own trash service company in our area, you would run GFL our of business. All you have to do is pick up the trash once a week. Easy money. Might do it myself.Edit: miss picking up my trash at least once a month, how about yall bring us another trash can, so that we can put two weeks worth of trash in it, instead of animals going through it and us having to clean up trash in our yard. This is ridiculous. Calling tomorrow to ask for another trashcan, because yall have missed our trash once a month at least, and we are tired of it. Update: it is 9/21/21 and my trash wasnt picked up yesterday. That makes 2 times picked up this month, and 2 times that yall forgot to pick it up. Please bring us another trashcan. Edit: it is 10/5/21 and it is Tuesday and our trash wasnt picked up again. Please just give us an extra trashcan so we can have somewhere else to put our trash for 2 weeks. Indolent look like our trash will picked up every week.

This has not been the best service. First my trash wasnt picked up I call I was told it wasnt out when indeed it was. Again trash has been sitting in the same spot since last week still hasnt been picked up. Im sure I will be told the same bull my trash wasnt out when in fact I have everything on camera. At this point I no longer want service cause Im basically just giving money away to just take my own trash away.

Need to start being more flexible with trash pick up!

Just signed up for this service. Terrible first impression as they missed my first pick up yesterday. Took my money quick fast and in a hurry but couldn’t come get the trash as they were supposed to- hmmm... thinking this was a mistake. Now it’s a Holiday weekend and I can’t even take my own trash off/ what a waste.

I am a new resident to Granville county and have already had to call the county on this company 3x and had to call the company on a regular basis and so today kinda draws the line for me when I try to speak to customer service on the phone about my issue and I express concern over an agents attitude towards me the agent Yolanda hangs up on me like 4 x and I finally call back and get Susan that is very nice and takes care of my needs. This company needs to be replaced in Granville county they do not treat their customers well. The other issue is they are more worried about money than customer service.

Canceled recycle service one week ago and the empty container has not been picked up. Casual attitude from the person answering the call today.

I have always had great customer service!

I have been trying to set up for trash for 2 weeks. I have went through the website and was told I would be contacted in 1-2 days. Didnt happened. I called and left a message and still have not heard from them. I have waited over 22 mins and nobody has answered. Terrible, Terrible, Customer Service.

The gentlemen that come and pickup our trash have always been very pleasant. They wave back when my kids wave to them and always say hi when we are outside. I just wanted to say thank you to them for their kindness today. The wind had blown over our trash and I hadnt been able to get out there to pick it up yet because of my two year old and trying to clothe him. They took it upon themselves to pick it up. I tried to yell thank you out of my door but they were already headed back in the truck. Thank you so much! -a stressful mama. 😊

I have to call several times a month to say “No one has picked up our trash!!” They will finally come for a week or two and then I have to call again to say “No one has picked up our trash!!” 😡😡very poor customer service!!

Terrible company, They have the area Monopoly so they use MAFIA style tactics to try to intimidate, harass and bully customers! They sent an employee out to threaten bodily harm to me, then later that night he trespassed on PRIVATE PROPERTY and stole my personal belongings!

Awful customer service!! Ladies in the commercial department have bad attitudes.
