We took a friends broken cell phone there, left it for analysis. With instructions for a not to exceed cost. A call next day to say not repairable, please pick up at no charge. Unfortunately their stock of sales phones was empty at the moment, so no replacement could be bought. The shop employees very helpful, honest, polite and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend doing business with these people. Thank you.,

This place is so fast and staff is very friendly. We were in Vegas for my daughters basketball tournament when her phone shut off and we couldnt get it to turn back on, my daughter had just charged it so we know the battery was charged. I googled cell phone repair places and CPR had good reviews from previous customers so this is where we took her phone. They quickly figured out that the problem was her screen and had her phone fixed and as good as new in 30 minutes, I was VERY IMPRESSED by how quickly they had it fixed!! I highly recommend CPR if you are looking for fast friendly service.

Came in because my iPads home button was stuck. The women at the front gave an estimate of almost $100!! Just for a home button!! She then noticed my iPad had been disabled due to my son putting in the wrong code and tried hustling me for another $30!! She lied to me saying I needed a special software. Once I said Ill go elsewhere, she tried saying shed give me a discount and do it all for $100. HA biggest rip off of my life!! I went elsewhere and got quoted $20 for the button then paid $0!! Because the home button was just stuck in a weird position and they told me how I can enable my iPad at home. Do not come here!!! Go to GADGET REPAIR!! BEST PLACE IN TOWN!! BEST PRICES!! Great people here I have a phone that not many place care parts for and it is an older model. With that in mind they got my part and fixed it up good as new in less than a week, no way I could ever say how great they guys at the shop are. We even got talking and I got great advise on the next phone I am going to buy.If I ever need anything done that I can do myself I am going to them.

My iPhone 7 digitizer was damaged after being dropped and would not respond to any screen touches. CPR replaced the broken parts and bundled in a replacement battery at a great price in under 2 hours. Ill be taking any mobile device issues straight to them in the future.

Offered a free quote online, which after giving up my personal info, ended up being an email - with a link - to a page that said call for free quote.Same day service was estimated to be 2-3 hours, that ended up being six hours (wont be ready until tomorrow, weve got two ahead of you - even after the first two hours)Gave up my home phone to get the free quote, then when dropping off device - I gave them my cell phone number to contact me as I was away from home. They said they texted an update to me - to my home landline phone.Screen repair was excellent, but cost me a lot of personal time - they could have just told me to come back tomorrow at the start.

These guys are fantastic! Thought my cell phone was un-fixable. The phone looked like it took a swan dive out of a plane! Every inch was bent, cracked or flat out broken. Was just hoping to get some content off the phone before scrapping it. Not only did they fix it.... but pretty quick too!

Promised me they would fix my phone with no issues. Same Issues arise 2-3 weeks later and they put all the blame on me knowing I could’ve just taken it to insurance for 50 more bucks. Liars. Untruthful people who I will never be giving money to again

I brought my phone for a new battery. They installed and I still had to charge 3 times a day. When I broke down and bought a new phone and traded in old phone I found my phone they put new battery in was wrenched and wouldnt seal. That was done at this company and covered up by putting back on protective cover. All I can say is caution he cant or didnt install a new battery and charged me $85Sad and costly experience 😢

I could not be happier with the service I received from CPR. I dropped off my iPad and they had it ready in a little over an hour. Unfortunately, one of the parts they used was defective from the manufacturer, so my home button was not working. I called them when I got home and realized it wasnt working and they assured me they would get it fixed the next day. When I went to drop it off a second time they did not have the part at the store. They called their sister store and one of the staff members PICKED UP THE PART THAT THEY NEEDED so that I could have the iPad ready that same day. They went above and beyond for me and I could not be more grateful or pleased with their service. The store is also very nice, clean, accessible and they are following all COVID19 health and safety precautions. So if you are on the fence about getting that screen fixed, go see the team at CPR. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

My fingerprint function no longer works since they replaced my screen and the service took about a week longer than promised after I put down half the payment.

I was sent here fron my insurance. They were super nice and got my phone fixed within a day.

They were great. It took a few extra days to get the glass for my phone in... But they were prompt once received.

Do NOT use this business. I called and was told it would be $100 for an iPhone XR repair. When I went in the lady told me it would be $150. I called the number and was quoted the same $100 and told them the discrepancy so they fixed it. It must have upset the lady from the shop because they did a horrible lazy job with my repair. My phone screen cracked and the LCD broke the next day after a 6 inch drop to the carpeted floor while connected to a charger. It barely hit and my screen protector was unpaused. They use cheap parts and do terrible quality labor. Do not waste your money. Just spend the extra little bit to not have to get your phone repaired again!!

This a horrible business and I’m so sorry we used them. They gave us the run around regarding our son’s laptop. All it needed was a battery, but they kept trying to do more than necessary so they could charge our insurance more money. Their customer service is awful. Do not use these people, you’ll only get ripped off.

They are the worse bunch of crooks. Kept telling me my motherboard was bad in my phone. Got me for $200 first time. Screen went out shortly after I got it back. Paid &40 for screen replacement. Went out again. Replaced it under the month warranty they gave me. Went blank again after 6 weeks. Was told again it was the motherboard. Took it to another repair place in Walmart on sunset and they replaced the screen for $50 and a year later it still works fine. Been meaning to do this review for a long time but I just cracked the screen again and had it replaced. Avoid this place for phone repair

I came back for my Samsung cracked screen. The repair was done in less than 24 hours and they even cleaned all the phone ports out since pocket lint seems to be a real thing. I really feel comfortable doing business with CPR. They have always been friendly and fair. Ill be back again the next time I need a quick phone fix or protective equipment for a new phone in my future.They fixed my 16 year old ipod with a battery and new center button. It works like new. Both the tech guy and the manager were super friendly and helpful. Ive gone other places for the same fixes, this is my third time here and theyve been fantastic at a fair price.

Took in my phone to replace the screen. Took them an hour long then expected, which wouldnt be a problem, but the screen wasnt even installed properly. Now I have to swipe/click extra hard in order for the phone to work. Plus light comes out from the side of the screen.

I had my note 4 camera fix here. Unbeatable price and they did a great job. Im so happy I came here. Will definitely come back and recommend. Store is nice and clean. Employees are super nice. Its a happy day today.

The service is ok but they take their sweet time fixing the phone so expect the wait. The wait would be ok if they fixed the phone properly though. They’ll make sure that somethings faulty with the phone when they return it to you so it continues malfunctioning or breaking. How y’all think they got so many returning costumers?

My brand new iPhone 11 slipped out of my hand on 7/14. The top half of my screen was shattered. On 7/15, I went in to get it fixed. I paid $205 for a new screen that goes completely DARK between apps and when trying to use navigation. I cant see the screen at all during navigation. I took it back twice to fix it. They said I had water corrosion in it. I DONT TAKE MY ELECTRONICS AROUND WATER OR BATHROOM. This issue did not occur before them replacing the screen. Im very sad.... Very disappointed. Frustrated. :-( Screen isnt cracked anymore but it wasnt doing this glitch before it was fixed by them. Would NOT recommend.

I was really impressed with this place when it was called u break I fix ever since they changed the CPR whenever I go in there I feel like I need CPR they wont even diagnosed my phone without charging me $35 bucks!

This place is absolutely incredible sadly Ive had to come to them a few times because Ive cracked my screen just cracked my screen last week and they got it fixed within 3 hours. I picked up my phone and I did not realize that my camera was a little bit blurry took it back a few days later let me take a look at it and they were able to tweaked my camera and everything is working perfectly..

Great family owned business! Raquel was working the front desk and a gentleman named Eddie was working in the back fixing the phones. They were super friendly and extremely efficient! Completely shattered my iPhone 7+ and messed up the backlight on my screen and they fixed it to perfection! even added a glass screen protector. Only took them about an hour to fix it. Really good prices as well, I would definitely recommend coming to this place!

Came in with a broken phone at 6 and even though they closed at 7 they had it ready in less than an hour. They even stayed late to let us come back and pick it up. Got the phone back with a better, brighter screen than it had before and fixed the botched repair the last place we took it did. Raquel and her staff were great.

I stopped at another wireless repair place before stopping here. They tried to get me to pay $120 to repair my phone. I decided to get a second opinion and stopped by Wireless Dr in Henderson and they quoted me $60 to fix the display issues that were caused by a car accident. They were knowledgeable and didnt treat me like an idiot who didnt know anything about their phone. I will most definitely come back for any other phone issues!

WANT A BROKEN PHONE AND Pay them -$200?I went to this shop twice. First, they fixed the screen on my phone, or so I thought. The screen only worked for 28 days later. The first repair order had a warrently on it but they refused to apply it to me b/c the first damage was from water (not mentioned on the papers).So I paid them, the phone is now broke, they had no parts in store, they knew why I was coming in and did not even have enough time to diagnose it. If you want to be treated like this be my guest.I reward family businesses that offer quality products and services regardless of anything else. Bad service - no patronage
