Dave was fantastic. I was desperate to get my computer back fast for work and he worked on it overtime so I had it the same day before he closed. You saved the day Dave. I cant thank you enough. Big sky was awesome .they explained everything that was good and bad about my laptop and why it was having issues and how exactly how they would fix it. I took in my laptop at they end of the business day and got a phone call to pick it up a in the early afternoon the next day which was very quick.I took in my Hp stream 14 in which cost only over $200 so I didnt want to pay much for the repair or I would get a new one. He said it sounded like something simple and gave me a great estimate within my price range.I would recommend this place to friends and family or anyone really great prices ,great knowledge and excellent customer service. Had not been in for a few years, but my luck had finally run out. Was very glad to see the service is still top notch! They had me in and out in a few hours and even walked me through some troubleshooting steps by phone. Honest, ethical and highly knowledgeable. I highly recommend.They also do upgrades and additions if youre up for that. Was pretty confident Id want a new computer as soon as my 10 year old one croaks. They let me know everything looks good and just slap some more memory in the machine and its like brand new. Incredibly reasonable pricing as well.

I was having trouble with my laptop just as I needed to send an important resume. David took care of the problem, gave me great advice, and steered me to a program that worked better for the tasks I was trying to complete... and for less than half of what a expected to pay! Once again Dave was the Go To Guy for my issue. Hes worked on my business computers for the past several years. Bought a used computer from Craigs List. Worked fine for 2 days at my house then it went wacky screen. Couldnt figure it out. Took it to Dave. In one afternoon, he had it running, new video card, all new reformatting to Windows 10 and fresh updates. Has been running like a champ. This is the I will always take my computer issues to. You must take yourself to see David. He fixed my screen within an hour of coming into the shop. I did not have the time or patience to leave my laptop and luckily he found an old screen to replaced my crack screen. Super honest and fast service. Great service!

Excellent computer repair shop. Dave is very knowledgeable and did a thorough walk thru on what he could do to get my computer up and running. My laptop started shutting down and the fan having issues. I thought I might need to have it taken apart and the fan replaced/cleaned. I walked in expecting to spend at least $100. He started with common sense and blew it out really good for me. He offered up a mini-fan to put underneath it. I gladly got it for $15. This seems to be working. His attempts to solve a problem with simple solutions first is great business. I know where I am going if I ever have any issues in the future and it is Big Sky. Thanks Dave.

David is by far the sharpest tech Ive dealt with in a long time. Hes courteous, timely and genuinely concerned about his customers needs. He gets things done when he says he will (or before) and if very reasonable in his pricing.

The guy who works there is a joke . He doesn’t know how to run a business or is he any good at customer service. It’s sad.
