There customer service is great and they handled everything correctly!

They are what they are but they have a job to do but they could be a little nicer the gaurds just glad I dont have to go back my visiting is done

This places needs to be closed down....I could write a book about how horrible this place is. Its a prison posing as a half-assed treatment facility at taxpayers expense. The staff is garbage, the conditions are garbage, the program is a sham and even the counselors know it. This place helps nobody but the higher ups in the private company that owns it and the shareholders who make money at the expense of those unfortunate enough to find themselves here. Its evil...plain and simple

This facility is overrun with incompetence along with a general disregard for human-wellbeing, and apparently exists solely as a profit vehicle for its shareholders including the judges who sentence people here under the guise of offender rehabilitation. This positive feedback loop contributes to the atrocities outlined in this review.Advertised as a treatment facility and staffed by residents of the surrounding East Texas boondocks, the ISF program here draws its basis from a handful of outdated texts and is slathered with the misinformed religious musings of various counselors, correctional officers, and administrative staff. Misinformation and pseudo-scientific educational materials supplement the misguided claims of unabashedly Christian counselors. There exists no separation of church and state when offenders are sentenced to a government-contracted facility such as this one.Medical care here is abysmal to the point of complete apathy. Healthy offenders are housed in units alongside others who test positively for tuberculosis. Nearly everybody I associated with, on any level, became ill at least once (twice myself) due to the unkempt condition on the inside of each housing unit. Toilets constantly leak urine, or worse, onto the floor of the shared restroom areas with a minimalist wall as the only shroud of privacy. Requests for repair are often met with handymen who arrive and repeatedly fail to solve simple plumbing issues.Due to the obvious graphic nature of what I describe in the next paragraph, Im posting this pseudonymously.A certain female guard of apparent African heritage who worked mostly in the East Education wing of this facility during my time served here repeatedly sexually assaulted myself and several other male inmates under the premise of an obviously unnecessary pat-down search she performs hundreds of times daily. I was patted down on at least 12 separate occasions by this guard and had my penis grabbed (closed-fist) or purposefully rubbed on at least 3 separate days. Several other inmates complained of this heinous behaviour amongst themselves within earshot of me. At no other point in my often nightmarish stay was I patted down by any other guard, on any part of the premises, ever. This leads me to believe there is no established protocol for this invasive search to be conducted by employees of this company. There arent even materials in this area available for opportune theft by even the most kleptomaniacal of offenders. There is no logical justification for a search to be conducted whatsoever, much less regularly, and the complaints of those forced to live 90 days of their lives while being repeatedly sexually assaulted fall on deaf ears.I hope for the best for all those subjected to the multiple violations of inherent American rights by the careless culture of this cancerous corporation.

I just got out of this so called isf program its a complete joke i wish i could have just done my time in county this place dont teach you anything unless you need to be tought common sense this place is dirty and nasty and pretty much like prison people fight everyday smoke and sneek in drugs and do tattoos and make hooch and all kinds of stuff pretty much your jam packed in a small doorm a 56 man tank and the bunks are so close together that all you smell is feet and ass its pretty bad not something id want to ever do again id much rather just stay sober and if you need medical help here its hard to get if your going here youll be ok just do what u need to do to make yourself look good and try to be cool with everyone mind your business and youl be good
