Deanna is absolutely amazing. She goes above and beyond for her tenants and I couldnt have asked for a better landlord. She cares about people; be up front, honest, and respectful and she will do what she can to take care of you.

My experience with Homewood Asset Management and Realty has been nothing but positive. They are professional, have a quick response time, pay on time and go the extra mile with their owners as well as with the tenants. Their communication is excellent and they make themselves available almost 24/7. If you are looking for a full service real estate company these are your guys.

They are always fast with service requests and responding to emails and calls. Never have had an issue. I would definately rent from them again! Amazing people

This company is really the most ridiculous property manager I have ever used so far. The rent deposit to my bank account was always late, even though tenant paid in time every month and we agreed by contract that rent deposit should be done before a certain date each month. You really wonder what exactly you are paying them for. And sometimes, they can simply forget to deposit your rent, can you imagine!!! But they never forget to charge you their property management fees in time each month! This company is just a real joke! If you use them, you may as well just collect the rent yourself, because you literally have to chase them for your rents every month anyway.

Please do NOT use this company!!! We hired them to manage our rental property in Las Vegas. Our tenants complained to us that there was a water leakage in the house and that they contacted Deanna from Homewood about it but with no follow up at afterwards at all! We then called Deanna and asked her to help tenants fix the leakage asap. Another week passed and still nothing was done!!! She told us that she tried to call tenants but with no response. We asked why she couldnt text or email tenants instead because nowadays people are not always available by phone. She then took offense and gave us big mouth, because we told her how to do her job, which she did so well for xxx years. It was not the first time that we had to follow up on tenant issues ourselves as landlords!!! And we have earlier clashed with Deannas lousy attitude, because somehow she likes to think that being from out of state, you have to beg her for her cooperation! This property manager just is great at charging you fees, but other than that they dont do anything at all!!! As soon as our management contract with them expired, we immediately moved on to another property manager, with much relieve so far! So please shop further and stay away from Deanna Thuna and Homewoods, there are many good property managers in Las Vegas with much better work ethics and attitude.

Homewood is probably the only legitimate property management company in Henderson & Las Vegas. The other companies are just realtors trying to manage properties, Homewood specializes in managing rentals.
