We received a notice that last quarters taxes were incorrect from the IRS, so we got a bill for the underpayment, penalty and interest for EPIs mistake! We called EPI spoke with Rich and was told that IOI, there vendor who processes payments to the IRS, their CEO had stolen the money. There is no money to pay the IRS and we were told to pay the IRS.It appears this happened four years ago.

We call EPI and cannot get a response on when someone will get back to us on this. We want to avoid any more penalties and interest but no help from EPI! what happened to customer service??????????
