We had Home Masters update our master bath. They had done extensive work in our home for the previous owners with outstanding results and that is why we chose them. After a rocky start with sub par workers, Home Masters to their credit brought in an A-Team and our remodel came out beautifully thanks to top professional work by Kevin Norton and Oscar. Tile work by Chris was meticulous and superb. You should ask for these employees by name and you will not be disappointed.

Excellent work and service by Oscar. He was prompt and was able to complete all the work with very high quality. The company helped me come up with a very creative and beautiful solution for our laundry room for a reasonable amount of money. It looks amazing. I would highly recommend them for any project!

Home Masters does quality work. Their salesman assisted us with our home owners insurance claim process to get us the money we needed for the repair to our home. Their work looks great. Any concerns or questions I had they were there to answer. I highly recommend Home Masters for any project in your home.

My home is over 20 years old and was in need of a kitchen upgrade. I hired home masters to design my new kitchen and make it modern and practical for my family. Doug was great at designing my kitchen, it came effortless to him and he really took the time to listen to me. Both Doug and Shane, the Superintendent, worked together to give me the kitchen I wanted and the result was amazing. Shane and his technicians are complete professionals. His technicians were always on time and I was impressed with the schedule they kept and the routine they had of cleaning up at the end of the day. After the kitchen was done, I noticed a small crack in one of the floor tile. I called Home Masters and they immediately came out and fixed it at no charge. I am now in the process of hiring them again to remodel the master bathroom. I am very excited to see the work they will do to my bathroom.

Ron was very chatty..Know all about him and nothing about our bathroom remodel. Left without leaving any kind of estimate and said he would check back with us in 2 days to see what we had decided!! 2 weeks later, received a shopping list of what we needed to buy and a dollar amount at the bottom of the so called estimate. Called someone else who was professional, informative, helpful and actually emailed a complete estimate, ie; parts and materials, labor the next day.

Charles and Joe did a wonderful job remodeling our powder room and guest bathroom. With their knowledge and fantastic skill, they are definitely the team to have!

My switch to kitchen granite countertops was off to a bit of a slow start, but once Amelia got involved, it was smooth sailing! The work was done in a day with a few extra hours for minor tweaking. I had Home Masters replace 18 windows in my new home. They arrived on time at my house, the men worked very hard and were very professional. They kept the area clean. I am glad I hired Home Masters for this project, I am enjoying my new windows.

Home Masters are frauds. Took 18,172.00 from me, cashed the checks the same day and in less than 3 weeks I was informed they are out of business. If anyone from this business tries to contact you for sales immediatly call the Nevada Contractors Board. Thank you.

The Staff at Home Masters James, Armando, Moises, Remigio and Alondra were very helpful and professional from the sale appointment all the way through the installation and follow up. I love my Bliss step in Hydro jetted tub.

We had a bit of a mixed experience with Homemasters. Our initial and continued contact with Doug (sales/design) was positive. He was attentive and knowledgeable if not a little old school (our design sketch was drawn on notebook paper). We were quoted a reasonable flat rate for the work and purchased all the materials ourselves. The overall theme of our experience with Homemasters was trust but verify...a lot. We ended up playing job superintendent quite frequently (the original super was fired midway through our job). My wife had to do quite a bit of coordination and communication between the different subcontractors, something we were expecting the company to be able to do. This led to some unnecessary delays in work.Additionally, we got the impression that the workers they had were stretched extremely thin, Homemasters had way too many jobs for the amount of workers available. However, the subs were, without a fault, extremely professional and kind - that part of the job was incredible. There was one older gentleman whos tile work was suspect and we had to have some tile fixed prior to calling the job complete. The end product is gorgeous but the hassle of having to coordinate a lot of the work ourselves left a bit of a sour taste in our mouth. To their credit, they did comp some extra side work as a concession to their disarray and the new job super was trying his best with the apparent mess he inherited. It seems like the business is on a better track with the new job super. Id recommend Homemasters for your renovation project.

Beware of these people. The most unethical company ever. They recently claimed (August 2018) claimed to be out of business - so they would not honor their commitments with customers, vendors, etc.
