I own a 2005 Ford F250 diesel that failed upon my arrival in Henderson, Nevada. My greatest fear was that I would be considered an out of towner and, as a consequence, get ripped off. However, within 20 minutes of my call to The Shop Henderson, the owner, Phil Koch arrived at my location with his diagnostic computer. He was able to get the engine running and drove the truck back to his shop. His diesel technician, Spenser, stayed late Friday night, most of the day Saturday, and even Sunday and continued into the following week to resolve the issues and get me back on the road as quickly as possible. It turned out that the cause of the failure was a faulty repair to the high pressure oil system by another shop located in Ridgecrest, California. Fortunately for me, both The Shop Henderson and the Ridgecrest, California shop were members of the NAPA Autocare warranty system . Phil went out of his way to work with NAPA Autocare to stand behind their nationwide warranty and cover a significant part of the cost of the required work. I feel extremely lucky that I landed with The Shop Henderson for the repair work. I have never been to an auto repair garage where the owner and employees displayed such a positive friendly get it done right attitude. They truly went the extra mile and when I left for my drive back to Southern California, I felt confident that the work was done correctly. I wish I could find a shop in Southern California that I could trust and rely on as much as I trust them. Without hesitation, I highly recommend them for any and all automotive repairs.

First and foremost, I never write reviews but thought it was worth creating a google account just so I could leave a review here.I bought a 2013 Dodge Ram that had electrical issues. I couldn’t figure it out and thought I would take it to the local Dodge dealership. They had it for three weeks and told me it needed a whole new wiring harness plus many other components such as the main computer/brain. They told me it would cost between $6000 and $7000 to repair it but they couldn’t guarantee it would work.I told my friend of my situation and he recommended The Shop Henderson. My truck was brought to this location and they had a play around.I spoke with Phil and Josh over the phone a bunch of times and they explained every issue they found but told me they wouldn’t give up.They didn’t and my truck is now running perfectly.Isn’t funny how a dealership couldn’t guarantee my truck would work after 6 or 7k but a small local business charging a fraction of the cost got it up and running.These guys are honest and hardworking and I will recommend everyone I know to go to The Shop Henderson.Thank you gentlemen.JamieWhite Ram

Wow - such excellent service by very nice people! We broke down on I15 in the late afternoon south of Vegas on our way back to Denver. We called around to see if anyone could do the service with no luck until we called here. They were so helpful and despite having all the bays full, they said they would stay late and got the part needed ordered. We made it to the shop and they were extremely helpful in understanding what we needed and what they would do. 3 hours later we were back on the road! The cost was very reasonable, especially considering the late hours. Highly Recommended!

HORRIBLE!We brought our car in for some work to be done! We have a warranty and they were responsible for covering all the work to be done. Once the car was finished we were at the last minute told we had to pay $75 in credit card fees because our WARRANTY paid with a credit card. On top of that, we were charged 6% in fees! In the store its posted that theres a 3% credit card fee, not 6%! Never even heard of that before! Why should we be responsible for a few that conveniences the business owner?The Shop doesnt need to accept credit cards, but they do which is a convenience for THEM. No reason I should pay for their convenience fee. The best part is, none of this was mentioned to us until it was time to pick up the car and they had already ran the warranty companys credit card. Leaving us with ZERO options. And of course the only way to get our car back is by paying up. Nothing was ever discussed, no papers were signed, NOTHING at all. Its ridiculous! Used to trust this shop with our car, being in the car business we were willing to bring all our cars to their shop. After what happened we will never be returning again! Our business will be taken elsewhere. Yes their work is good, but thats no reason to rip people off for extra fees their not even responsible for or aware of! Beyond disappointed by all this! Even their business license is EXPIRED!
